This place is located off the beaten path. I was in Glenwood Springs for work and decided to give it a try. It is a food truck located in the parking lot of a fitness center. The person that took my order was very nice and the food came out super fast. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito which came with lettuce, avocado, beans, cheese, a side of three salsas, along with a blistered pepper for $13.00 The burrito was a good size and the salsas all added a different flavor. Didn't want to do a sit-down restaurant on vacation and was glad we didn't miss this taco truck! At around $3 for a super flavorful and large taco not far from Iron Mountain Hot Springs it was a great quick and inexpensive option. There are a few picnic tables or you can take it to go and eat at a local park and enjoy the views. They offered to bring us our food to our car but it was nice out so we just chatted with locals. I was impressed at the service though! I did the chorizo and pastor tacos & was happy with how much meat they had in them to the point that I wished they had doubled up on the corn tortilla because it was so full. Great salsa and yummy horchata made this an excellent pick! This is NOT Tex-mex so don't expect refried beans and everything drenched in cheese. Don't be fooled by the truck. The tacos coming off these wheels are top notch and some of the best I've had. The rib taco was unbelievably juicy and flavorful. Fish was fried to perfection and the pork with pineapple was extremely flavorful and the pineapple gives it the perfect bite of freshness.
