There was no cheese, only meat scraps, making it even more unsatisfying. The spinach on the other one was hardly recognizable; it was mostly mushrooms and onions, with only a faint hint of green. Again, where's the cheese? NONE TO BE SEEN. I called the manager to discuss my concerns, but I was dismissed with the comment, "everyone makes mistakes!" Instead of receiving any acknowledgment of the poor quality, I was told to either return for a replacement or make the effort to come back for a refund. This is not how a business should ever operate. I shouldn't have to return to a restaurant that failed to deliver a satisfactory meal. The steak was gristly, tasteless, and evidently old. Spending $30 for this was a WASTE of my earned money. The manager's tone suggested that it was my fault for choosing their establishment, which is entirely inappropriate. There are numerous excellent Hispanic restaurants in the area, and quite frankly, I regret not trying one of them instead. Amigo's should not be your go-to place; this experience was beyond disappointing.
