They even had luxury golf carts at the ready if you didn't want to walk up the hill to the restaurant. What a nice touch. This place is obviously upscale, but it was nice to see a variety of dress. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I am always a bit anxious meeting the server for the evening. I have been to many nicer restaurants where the server hung on me like an over-sized suit. That can really take away from an otherwise lovely meal. Not today. Meet my new friend, Nik. We caught grouper on a fishing excursion and it was prepared by the master chefs at St. Regis. The grouper we had tonight was just as good if not better than that delightful meal in the Maldives.
