Very rude!!! This is not acceptable! Who does he think he is? He is in the wrong neighborhood if he cant work with our hispanic aging community. Today, 2/2/26 my father returned to Ed without my knowledge. My father informed me Ed yelled at him, told him to leave. I called and inquired on this incident. He hang up on me. My 76 year old father paid. Im furious over this. This is beyond unacceptable. Who does he think he is to speak and treat our aging community this way?! He is in the WRONG city. I was prepared to wait and had hopes of getting a smog repair estimate, however after discussing my issue with Joe the owner, we decided to run the check and if it failed I wouldnt get charged-man am I glad we did. It ended up passing and I can finally stop riding around w a temporary permit. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Good customer service is priceless, and I'm glad to have found a gem. I'll definitely be back for my smog test needs. Highly recommend.
