Situation: I asked for beans on my tacos, but they came without them. I politely told the server he had forgotten the beans, and he offered to either take the tacos back or bring the beans separately. Since I had already started eating, I told him it was fine and to just bring them. Long story short, they ended up charging me $3.87 for the beans. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she gave me attitude, and both she and the server started arguing with me as if it was my mistake. They kept insisting they had to charge me because they served the beans on a plate. It was such an unpleasant experience. I know they have a strong client base, and maybe that's why they don't care, but still -- check your receipt carefully and make sure to be extra clear with your order, because if something goes wrong, they'll try to blame you.

Our waiter brought out fresh chips for the table and warm salsa, and my gf was about to ask for some green salsa, and our waiter already knew she was going to ask for it; very tentative. Once we had made our order, our waiter was still very aware and checking on us without bothering us, and made sure our drinks were never empty; great job. Once the food was ready, I guess they were having trainee's learn how to bring the food out, however, the young girl who brought the food out for my tables, didnt know how to set the food tray down on the stand and hit the back of my chair, our waiter, knew she had done that and quietly asked her to step away, and I looked at the young girl and told her that she hit the back of my chair, and she never said sorry nor acknowledged an apology, and just disappeared into the kitchen. Our waiter however, he was great, made sure everything was good and we had all that we asked, wanted, and needed; again thank you for being a great waiter. Once we were done with out meal, our waiter had brought some to go boxes, to go bag, and a fresh bag of chips to go, with some fresh warm salsa as well; great great waiter. It was about 11:30 in the morning, I had work the night before and I was going to bed so she came back over. I ordered the burrito. I drank the beer and I waited for her to come back and I was gonna get some water she never came back. She got the empty bear bottle and the plate and didn't even look me in the face. It was kind of weird. I could tell something was wrong for the minute. I walked in the restaurant and she gave me the look about the coffee so after I ate the food, the burrito which was delicious. I waited waited waited. She never came to my table. I finally just got up. I went to check out. She finally came to check me out and I didn't leave a tip I think maybe for the first time in my life and my skin color is the only thing I can figure out why because I haven't done anything the day before when I came in I remarked that she had lost weight and she looked very nice and she kinda laughed and giggled and said thank you and I left it at that and I never said another word and today I couldn't even get her to come to my table, except to deliver the food. It's really too bad. I hate writing bad reviews, but I can't let this slide. This was purposely bad service. This wasn't a bad day. This wasn't. She was busy and she just forgot about me.
