They have a separate parking lot across the street and on multiple occasions, cars are driving around and out to find parking. Everything I had was great. Everything I expected and more. The beef fajitas are chopped BUT full of flavor. Carne Guisada was a bit cold, so much so that I didn't even melt my cheese. Still very tender and lots of flavor. Eggs, bacon, beans and papa ranchers were all great. The homemade flour tortillas will keep me coming back! No issues with service. Place had a few open tables when I arrived. Situation: I asked for beans on my tacos, but they came without them. I politely told the server he had forgotten the beans, and he offered to either take the tacos back or bring the beans separately. Since I had already started eating, I told him it was fine and to just bring them. Long story short, they ended up charging me $3.87 for the beans. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she gave me attitude, and both she and the server started arguing with me as if it was my mistake. They kept insisting they had to charge me because they served the beans on a plate. It was such an unpleasant experience. I know they have a strong client base, and maybe that's why they don't care, but still -- check your receipt carefully and make sure to be extra clear with your order, because if something goes wrong, they'll try to blame you. read more

Casual ambiance with terrible service by our waitress. I hadn't been here in a while but the service was terrible. Attitudes flowed like it's my fault they had to work. We were only checked on one time by our waitress and had to wait forever for coffee refills and there were only 5 filled tables. The food was on the cold side but I do give them credit, it is good. I ordered the red chile guisado. Definitely not returning and unless you don't care it's ok. So many restaurants in the area that do much better and are better than this place. They warned my diabetic friend at the table that next time she could not bring her own water cup. When we asked for limes the waitress said we would be charged for them if they were used for the water. How crazy is that? When we went to pay at the register because the waitress never came back my friend was reminded again about the water that she didn't even drink in the restaurant. read more

Customer service here is not good at ALL. The worse customer experience to ever deal with everyone here this restaurant. I would highly recommend to never eat here because everyone here will have an attitude and mistreat you. No one is happy to do their job and no one ever is every time you walk in here. The silverware was also dirty and disgusting I would call and report this place for cleanliness. Nobody cares about anything here so I'm so curious to how this restaurant is even open and operating. read more

For starters waitress was being rude from get go, as if she didn't want to be there like insisting we hurry up and just order, I asked if I could have my bacon crispy(well done) she said, "bacon is precooked and ready just to throw on plate, that's how we serve it." I ordered sunny side up eggs.they were overcooked,I reluctantly ate one, then notified waitress of cooks mistake,she made comment, " I see you finished one though" I'll tell the cook to give you one more." (With an attitude) My wife then over heard someone asking about getting coffee with cinnamon as an option. So my wife asked another waitress, "excuse me do you actually have cinnamon coffee?" She said,"Yes we do." My wife asked, "then why didn't the other waitress offer it to us?" Waitress responded, " Oh well if you know you know, and you ask for it we give you some. If not, we just serve you regular coffee." For the grand finale, As my wife was getting out of booth another waitress was coming through same isle stopped dead in her tracks looked at my wife in disgust because, according to her my wife was taking to long to get up and out of the way, she literally smacked her teeth and sighed loudly. ( mind you they was an alternative isle just 3 steps back and four to her right. That was it I paid left a justly tip. Never to return. Luckily restaurants are not in shortage in our area. Arrived around 330 pm today and they were spraying Clorox all over the place and no one greeted me or anything . And the waitress was so rude at me and my husband. She just threw one menu at us and she was like in hurry to get the order, didn't give us a few minutes to look at the menu our food was cold the rice and beans and fajita was very dried!! Unfortunately, the restroom situation ruined the experience for me. The smell was overwhelming and honestly unbearable; it made me feel sick and I even ended up throwing up. Cleanliness is a huge part of dining out, and I think the owners really need to address this issue. If the restroom is fixed, this place could easily be a great spot to eat. read more

In short, save your time and money - awful experience this morning. I walked in and saw it was busy. Waited and made eye contact with at least five employees. I was never acknowledged - not even an " I'll be with you shortly." After waiting in a bustling area for 3 minutes I walked up to the cashier station and asked if anyone would be willing to help me and was met with the response of " we'll be with you soon." I decided to walk out. I believe in supporting small businesses, but the service here needs a lot of work. we we're excited to try this place, we arrived there was a young took our drink order instantly. impressively quick! then the food order was taken. my baby ordered a breakfast taco my friend and ordered breakfast plates. ONG my baby stopped and refused to eat and began eating from plate. then I look to see why , well her taco was placed on a caked on dirty dish!!! called the server over and she just shrugged her shoulders. They put them in the dishwasher just sanitizing sometimes they come out dirty and I'm like, but does she not look at it before she put the food on her? Did no one look at it they didn't seem to care until I said if my baby gets sick, I'll be back at that point. She said we'll come your meal that wasn't the point. Food is great but the service is absolutely horrible and every time we go we remember why we don't come often. The waitresses always seem to be in a bad mood. When I stop for to go they take forever to acknowledge me to the point that the tortilla lady gets uncomfortable and says sorry from how everyone just pretends I'm invisible and passes by. My fiancé brought me here for the first time on Mother's Day. The outside and inside don't look all that great but food and service was top notch. I expected there to be a wait from the look of all the cars in the parking lot but as soon as we walked in we were greeted and found a vacant table right away. Waiter came over fairly quickly. Our drinks and food came out just as fast. We've been here a couple of times since Mother's Day and my go to plate is the green chilaquiles. They have the perfect amount of crunch to the tortilla chip. Salsa cheese ration is on point! If you come here you definitely have to try them! My minus one star was because the waitress took the salsa my boyfriend was using and gave it to the table next to us! So disappointed and heartbroken... lol okay, maybe I am exaggerating a bit, but you could be the judge once you read my review. I have been coming to this place since it first opened, the original little shack that is. My parents literally live one street away from the location, so it was the fastest and most delicious place to go grab a taco for breakfast when I lived with them. OKAY, mistakes happen, and its close to my parents house, so I just went back to correct my items since I only eat guisada tacos, not those others that were given to me. I get in the line, and the guy flipping the tortillas asks if it is for here to go. I said that I got the wrong order, and wanted to get the right tacos. He said "que te dieron"- "what did they give you" I said three of desebrada. He said "thats what you ordered." He said that, not questioned it. I was shocked... Like, you did not even take my order and I had to get on him and say "NO, I did not... I asked what that meat was in that bin, plus its three tacos when I ordered two and they have no beans"... Go ahead and find a place to sit, the menu is on the table. Very clean restaurant with excellent food and service. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch. Authentic Mexican dishes served hot and fresh with delicious salsas and homemade tortillas. Very family friendly. Don't be afraid, if you don't know Spanish, they're patient and helpful. I had the huevos rancheros with chilaquiles in red sauce. Fresh homemade corn tortillas and bacon. I also saw a freshly prepared hot table full of classic Mexican dishes calling my name as I paid my check at the front. Lunch will be next up. I will definitely be back! read more

This place fell off. My wife and I went for breakfast with other family members and we ordered a couple of gorditas for breakfast. I ordered picadillo. When they brought them there was no meat in them just potatoes. I called the waitress over and she said "aqui tenemos de papadillo." "Papadillo" doesn't exist. No one has ever heard of it. That's the excuse they make for ripping people off. The waitress said I can add meat to it just give me a minute to get it ready. Well, she brought me a new gordita with no meat in it just potatoes, again. She then leaves in a hurry.
