How do you argue with that? It was fantastic!!! Appetizers of humus, baba ganousch, stuffed grape leaves, stuffed olives and salads. Then for the entree a family style of lamb chops, chicken, kebobs, grilled vegetables, rice pilaf and so much more. It was ALL cooked perfectly and delicious. Hannah took great care of us. Even suggested a great dessert and coffee- and we had 3 boxes to take home. I wasn't asked to leave this review but between the service, the delicious food and amazing experience, Hannah and team deserve it. We'll be back many times over.

Our waiter was attentive and even had great suggestions such as the mixed grill for one so my husband could try a variety of the meats. Very welcoming staff. Ambiance: it felt like I was on a vacation. You step into a cozy atmosphere with pretty lighting and art. Beautiful place for a date night or group of friends. Food: tasty and refreshing. You get a-lot of food so worth the price. The complimentary bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved the spicy sauce. Appetizer the Shrimp Garlic was fantastic. You enjoy a yummy meal and move on next door for the tasty desserts at the Turkish delights next door.

What seemed like the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating as we were looking through the menu and while we were eating. She offered for us to try a drink before ordering since she knew it was something maybe not everyone would enjoy, but my husband did! My husband got the falafel wrap and I got the lamb wrap. Both were flavorful and a good portion size. The lamb was a tiny bit chewy on some pieces, which is why I'm saying 4 stars. However, the baklava was the by far star of the meal - it was excellent! They have a cute covered seating area near the truck that was decked out for the holidays, so it was certainly an enjoyable space to have a meal in!

They've got a bunch of wraps to go- all of which are reasonably priced, large, fresh and delicious. The food truck wasn't busy when I went, so I had no wait, and enjoyed the shaded chair by the window while the food was prepared. I was also pleased to see that Istanbul Street Foods offers a large variety of Turkish drinks. Unfortunately, their Turkish Coffee isn't served with a wok full of sand. For dessert, they have one option- Baklava. But that's the only option they need. It's amazing. Just try it. In all, this place offers fast Turkish food at a convenient spot. It's much, much, much better than the McD's it's next to!

Apparently, she has been here many times already with her husband and some of their good friends :) ! We came on a Friday before the Happy Hour specials ended at 6:30 pm this :) ! I loved my Aphrodite Spritz :D ! My friend ordered the Athena Dion and the Santorini Bikini :) ! For our Happy Hour dishes, we ordered the Tirshi (butternut squash, harissa, and pepita chili crisp), the Dakos (marinated Texas heirloom tomatos, sourdough croutons, black olive salt, tulum and fresh Za' atar) and the Olive Oil Cake :) ! We really loved how a lot of the cocktail drinks and delicious dishes are Greek - themed ;) ! Our waiter was extremely attentive, friendly and prompt :) ! The ambiance is absolutely perfect for anyone to eat there solo, or with friends and family :) ! There is seating both outside and inside. For my first time there, we sat outside on the second level. If it wasn't so hot and humid, it would have been nice sitting outside. I would have preferred to sit inside during the summer. Except when we went, it was already early Friday evening, and most of the indoor seating at the bars and tables were taken. I would highly recommend this Mediterranean restaurant to anyone :D ! Their Happy Hour prices are extremely reasonable :) ! Although, I wouldn't mind coming back for their regular non-Happy Hour dining too :D !

I also had the spicy passionfruit mezcal cocktail (The Prophet), which was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming from everyone we interacted with, and the staff even called us right away when we accidentally left something at our table. Bonus points for easy free street parking nearby and a great location for walking around the Pearl before dinner. Great food, great value, and we'll definitely be back.
