(totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them.
