It was served cold in this delicious light sauce and I completely wiped that plate clean. The lengua was the best prepared lengua I've seen, so soft and melted in my mouth. I even made a couple of tacos with it and it was mind blowing. Another thing that stood out was this mole they served that was I think 10 years old. I have never heard of mole cooking that long, but when I tasted it, it was instantly obvious I was eating something special. Best mole I've had. The restaurant also has spectacular ambience, the inside is absolutely gorgeous. My only ding about this place is the cocktail program is a bit weak, wine is the way to go here. The service was good but nothing amazing. Those are just small details though. The most important part of any restaurant is the quality of the food and how good it tastes, and they exceed all expectations in that area.
