I've got to say that the coffee is fantastic but the owner, Justin, is even better. The medium roast drip was smooth and flavorful, my partner's iced drink was refreshing and nowhere close to being watered down. The best part was that my partner's bike needed to be fixed or else we wouldn't make our trip to Sibbald. I asked for a screwdriver and he brought out a whole toolbox and offered us lemonade. We fixed the bike and spent another hour here playing Battleship before hitting the road. Definitely check out his cafe and give some local support to this kind, ambitious entrepreneur. While the red velvet cookie was also tasty, I wish it was slightly chewier, but I loved that there was cream cheese frosting in the middle.
