We came in for Polywood. There is an entire showroom that's solely dedicated to Polywood. They match prices from their website, and charge $189 flat for white glove delivery and install. For all of the items that we purchased this would have been around an extra $1,000 on the Polywood website, so it was absolutely worth it to do this from Pelican. Staff is friendly and helpful - they will work really closely with you to figure out exactly what you need. This is a big purchase, so we spent a bunch of time looking at all different options, colors, fabrics, etc. Unfortunately our patio furniture will take weeks to arrive, so this was just about the buying experience. I'll hopefully have a positive update when our furniture gets here!

The mall is fairly big, with two floors, carrying a lot of familiar brand stores, and even ones that I'm sure some have never heard of. The interior has a modern look, which I'm sure had its renovation done a couple or several years back, but adds up looking clean and nice. It's in no condition of being a dead mall, despite there being a couple of closed stores, specifically anchor stores that don't exist anymore (pretty much all malls these days). The food court has a number to offer, with some of its usual eateries and a couple of ones that will blow your mind. Plenty of tables are provided to fit many people. For restaurants, there are Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Muldoon's Steakhouse & Pub, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. I wouldn't mind coming back to this mall, but won't be anytime soon due to how far I am.

The cashier orders them, and says I should receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking all that. That never happened, and he also gave my points away to some Premium member. Customer service took about 30 minutes just to figure out how that happened. Then, one of the pants never came, so customer service said they can't order another pair for me since I went to the store, I will have to go back. All they can do is refund me. No discount, no coupon of any sort, just a sorry. This place is honestly the worst.
