Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.

I had the best experience and felt like a guest and not just another patient walking in. After getting scanned I was scheduled to pick up my Retainers at the Rolesville Location. I received a very warm welcome as soon as I walked in, I'm still on cloud 10 with the customer service.. My name was called I head back to the chair to try on my retainer. The young lady that was assigned to me was extremely rude and not understanding at all. Once I tried on the retainer it was fitting like it should, she then ask have you ever worn a 2 mm before in a very condescending way. I responded No. so then she says you may have to go back to the Raleigh office to be rescan if you can't get it on.. It wasn't a conversation at all She was just talking at me, this is my first time meeting this young lady, So she walks over and speaks with The Dr. He said he's seen this happening once before. She maybe an impression would be best. the assistant tells me to go have a set at the chair closer to the wall. As I took my seat she came over never once telling what to do or what to expect, I'm looking at her she looking at me as if she is extremely frustrated, she say open your mouth and slide back some,, as my mouth was opened she places the impression in and I began to Gag, she pushed a little harder and a sharp pain along the gum line had become really intense, My natural reflect I jumped up she pushed harder and said if you can do this then you need to go back to our Raleigh location for another scan. After she removed the material out my eyes was am watering up and I ask her if she could be a little gentle bc I am a human being that has feelings, then as I was talking to her asking her to just explain what it is I should be expecting before she starts working on my mouth she became very upset and walks away, I turned around on the bench were I was sitting and told her that she was extremely nasty... Dr Lassiter walks over and ask how was everything going, I told him exactly what happened then he compared it to a 12 year old that has hard times with it as well, Honestly I didn't need a comparison I just need quality work along with great customer service.. The young lady comes back into the conversation and says she's not going to talk to me like that, How she thought I was speaking I thought then maybe she's having a day bc all I'm doing is letting her know I'm hurting. I just left it alone went to the front desk and the nice young lady explaining to me that it was definitely a day, short staffing that day due to employees out with Covid. I totally understand at that point, I have my own business and Around that time we were short staff as well, But the lack of concern was a turn off. I had white stuff all over me due to a lack of concern with the impression. And my mouth was bleeding. I literally was in pain for 5 day afterwards. I wanted to get a refund, But having a business knowing how things are going I Just told the young girl I'll give it a second chance, I came back a couple weeks later to pick up and they did not call me to the back the front desk receptionist dispensed my retainer to me told me to go to the bathroom to try on , the dr did not check to see if it was a good fit.. I did not say anything I'll take a loss on this one but let me tell you this last thing, the assistant that originally help me so happens to come out to speak with a patient and she looks at me a rolled her eyes. I did not say anything I just know after I get my retainer I will never step foot back into this practice ever again.

I have been going here almost 8 years. In that time I had a dentist who I trusted leave. Since…read morethen there have been two more leave. I like to have the same dentist I can trust. Last spring I had my cleaning and they found a crack under a molar crown. I went to an implant specialist. Had it extracted and a bone graft. During those visits I had extensive halo X-rays and regular X-rays. Today I was told if I didn't have a "big picture done" Each Individual Tooth X rayed, they would not clean my teeth. I walked out. That is not necessary. I just had halo X-rays done a year ago. It isn't healthy to have that many X-rays. I am 72. I am not getting all new crowns or veneers. Not going back ever. Furious. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to have each tooth xrayed!
