In my case, they were not happy because I hold a real estate license and they didn't want to share the commission. Two of the representatives that I was first in contact with were very rude and condescending. I just hope that they didn't give the other buyer information on how much the bank was willing to sell for or give them the number of my best offer... Regardless, I have no proof of anything, but would not recommend this brokerage to anybody. Sadly enough, these are the situations that give RE Agents bad reps...

She wouldn't negotiate at all and didn't give us a chance to make a counter offer despite the fact we were the first people to put in a bid and our realtor telling her that we wanted to negotiate. It isn't surprising that she doesn't have any listings. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
