It has been such a long time since we were here and yet she remembered so much about my daughter and our lives from before. She truly does have a compassion for her patients and is amazing at interacting with them. We had our evaluation and we decided on getting another chair instead of reworking the one that we have. With it being so close to Christmas I'm sure it may take a bit longer to get the new chair but we will be anxiously awaiting the call that it is here and ready. One other option that is so nice is that they will come to your location if you are unable to or don't have the means to drive to the clinic. We like getting out so there wasn't a question about whether or not we would drive the hour down but it is very nice to know that the option is available if necessary. They do offer many other services here but as of now the only thing we have done is the wheelchair evaluation services.

I've received SEVERAL reminders for the appointment via text message and was there for his appointment. Granted, I failed to bring his insurance card with me, since WellCare is easily searchable by entering his ss number, I asked the receptionist if she could look him up.. at which time she rudely popped off "we don't do that here" as she was finishing that sentence to me, another woman from the office staff walked up and asked what the issue was and said "I have to have his insurance card to be able to see him today" I said I failed to bring it and apologized to which she responded to me saying exactly what she said before "I have to have his insurance card to be able to see him today" Then she asked me if it's Medicaid that he has and that they are not taking any new Medicaid patients at this time. so, I was told they did take our insurance, waited an entire month for his appointent at which Tim was talked to like I was trash and turned away. I've been scheduled for a 20-25 minute follow up appointment that due to circumstances has ended up being an hour. Never rushed. He's helped find underlying conditions affecting my mental health, & treated them. His office staff from Farah, Heather, Richard, etc., are the best in the business! On site lab to draw blood to avoid extra trips. Access to his personal email & phone for emergencies, the list goes on & on. Mayo clinic should be proud of the doctor they turned out. I don't put my trust in many - mechanics to guitar salesmen, and only 3 - 4 times ever recommended hands down anyone on my nickel so to speak, with Cady Wellness, I'm in for the full buck. I wanted to offer a much deserved review for a doctor and his team that truly deserves it…read more Throughout the last decade over and over when I can get up and participate in life like a normal human, when I wasn't able to do the things I can do now for years and years, I realize I owe that to God and to Dr Briones. I search for help visiting doctor after doctor without any relief or answers. We spent thousands on different options and attempts to turn my life around or just make it bearable again, all ending in failure. Then I was directed to Dr Briones. It wasn't an immediate over night miracle cure but sticking with it and giving it time, it's not like I can run a marathon or feel like I did before all this began but he keeps everything tolerable and under control (when the insurance will allow us to follow his advice) I can participate in life again. I don't sit on the sidelines or wait for my family by the exits. I am so much more active now in my 50's than I was in my 30's. Even though I still have pain and of course I would love to be able to do more I am just so so grateful to Dr. Briones, LeAnne and Emily (a wonderful former assistant) for getting me to where I am now and giving me the opportunity to enjoy life again without just watching from afar. I love you guys for treating me more like family than a patient or just a file in front of them.
