The staff was courteous and knowledgable and answered all our questions with professionalism. The charge for the repairs was more than fair and I was actually surprised at all the more it cost us to get it fixed. They picked it up at our home and delivered it back as well for a very minimum charge. We will be purchasing a new lawn tractor in the spring and McCoy Equipment will definitely be the first place that we look.
