His advice has always been spot on with lots of consultation laying out the options. His actual work is top notch as evidenced by other dentists comments about it being very good work. The receptionist never called ahead-of-time and she wasn't even that concerned over my inconvenience but she was quick to offer a reschedule! My most recent visit was a complete disaster. I felt like I was in the sitcom "Three's Company" where there is always a misunderstanding. The hygienist gave me incorrect advice on my crown--said it needed to be removed--it only needed a small restoration from a root canal. The newly-hired dentist lectured me on dental licensing practices and she interrupted me & would not listen to what I needed. I was there for the filling and a cleaning. The hygienist gave me half-of-a-cleaning. She didn't measure gum lines, floss my teeth or do fluoride. Meanwhile, the dentist returned during the cleaning, interrupted my cleaning, did a quick exam and left the room. And the hygienist left the room. I was alone in the room, still upside down in the chair with the bib around my neck. I didn't know what to do, but I knew I would never come back. And when I was trying to leave, the staff was bumping into themselves to get me to sign a treatment plan and schedule the next cleaning.
