This establishment is hands-down so far my number one vape shop in the state of Washington. I spent many years down in southern California during the vape scene and have been a member of and team members of multiple vape stores. The two people running this are genuine, vaping connoisseur's. They have some wonderful mods from far out custom designs that are for sale that are really cool to look at, and they always seem to get in the best reviewed items and the quickest time possible so I don't have to order them online. It's a great mom and Pop shop and I love supporting them. One more thing: there's a local juice called Black Dahlia. I feel comfortable saying it is the single best tasting fruit vape I've ever tried in my entire life. I highly recommend checking it out. read more

Great store, nice staff and good selection of juices and devices. If you need a fix, it's a great shop. I'll be going back if I'm in a pinch but this new vape tax is killing me. For a pack of 5 coils and a bottle of juice I paid over 50 bucks. 9 dollars in vape tax and 4 bucks regular tax. MFing government always trying to scrape a dollar off our backs ...You'd think we would get a pat on the back or some incentives for quitting smoking tobacco but nope. I drive down to Electric Avenue from Bonney Lake because they are the only place that carries the juice I love AND their customer service is unheard of. They always have great deals on kits, mods and tanks as well. Last summer I purchased a Smok Alien kit from them that unfortunately stopped working within a couple weeks. I brought it back to their store and no questions asked, they exchanged it for me. Not only did they exchange it, they offered me an upgraded, higher end kit from Wismec AT NO CHARGE AND they threw in my favorite juice also at no charge. Just for the hassle of my last kit failing! Today I came in with a leaky tank that's been an ongoing issue and battery issues I've been having. JEFF was working behind the counter and he took my old batteries and swapped me 3 of their batteries no charge. Even though my batteries were old and purchased elsewhere. I always leave happy and feeling spoiled. Customer service like this is truly next to impossible to find. This is important to me and thats why i'm a returning, loyal customer. I recently had a bad experience at my usual vape shop, so I decided to check this place out. I went in with the intention of buying a new tank, as my current one has been having issues with the cap not staying closed and causing some severe leakage (once lost half a tank worth of juice). The clerk I spoke with gave me a couple options, including a disposable tank that I eventually went with. I will definitely be coming back, and may even just make this my regular shop from now on. read more

Worst customer service in the world! I was a frequent customer up until tonight! I showed up with the open signs blinking! Got to the door to be greeted by a dog barking., then promptly greeted by a guy knocking on the window at me giving the slit neck sign that they're about to tear my head off if I dare to try and come in! But either way I've had bad customer service here before and didn't think anything of it but sorry to say! Don't even give them the time of day! read more

Really love this place. The shop keepers just "get" it, about vaping that is. The customer service is absolutely excellent and they truly want their customers to be able to help customers be healthier by quitting smoking. And while, there is nothing wrong with cloud chasing, they don't just cater to the crowd that wants to spend their money on new mods and rda's. They do have some beautiful mods though... I came in to find some unflavored juice (which is extremely hard to find, I'd almost given up and bought the supplies to make it myself) but they were able to custom make me 60VG/40PG at a nic level of my choice. The best part for all the flavor people out there is their labeling system, no more insane menus to search through, just well-organized labeled shelves. And the selection, wall-to-wall juice. Very smart and very impressive. I even like the name of their shop, keeping it classy in Auburn... Great prices. The woman behind the counter was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that there were a group of 4-5 guys in there who I assume work there or know the owner and they didn't seem to want to acknowledge that I was even in the store - they were crowding the display cases and blocking movement into, within, and out of the store (this is a tiny little store). I think it's fine for a group to be hanging out and vaping, but if you are creating an atmosphere that is unfriendly to customers, that's just bad business etiquette. read more
