Never again! I came here for Mother's Day for some flowers and I was new in buying flowers by the bunch (25) and they charged me two bunches for $88 and only gave me 24 roses? 12 of each. They didn't even give me the roses in a bunch because they knew they were scamming me instead they continued to charge me $44 each and only give me 12 of each. I was so excited to find a flower shop just to find out they ended up scamming me because I was new to this! Never again, and will be contacting my bank. read more

My husband and I knew we wanted to support a local Tacoma business when researching florist for our wedding. When our search began, I can across a warehouse on 6th ave, waltz in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and flexibility extended to me by none other than Casey. I knew this would be the winning location. Throughout the planning phases, Casey assured me that all my specific visions, requests and dreams would come true. He understood exactly what I wanted, used his creative talent and elevate it that next level. He kept in mind our budget, how to get the most bang for our buck without skimping on quality. He even offered to deliver our arrangements personally to our venue, unprompted mind you, nearly an hour away! One of my biggest concerns was for my haku-lei and ti-leaf lei for myself and my groom since this would be a huge focal point of the whole event. All of my anxiety was put at ease with his confidence in his team and I was not disappointed. Seeing my haku-lei (a flower crown of sorts) for the first time brought me to tears and truly allowed me to accept that "oh my gosh this is happening!" I can't thank Fifi's Flower Market enough for what they created for our special day. The bouquets, boutonnieres, table greenery, etc. were simply breathtaking and perfect. Here's a new florist very worth giving a visit. They are very conveniently located off of Sprague Street near 6th Avenue. Today I got a chance to visit them on Valentine's Day 2022. I needed some flowers for my mom. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They helped me pick out the right arrangement. I was pleasantly surprised how neat and nice and pretty the arrangement was. Not only was it fresh but it was priced well below what I expected. I guess they sell flowers wholesale but the little shop in front sells to the public too. If you want great flowers at a great price give them a visit. I certainly will be back. Btw my mom loved them. The flowers near the fireplace are the flowers after one week. Flowers opened up and they are even more beautiful. read more

My fiancé and I went in to Williams flower a month ago to order flowers for our wedding. It has been nothing but broken promises, excuses, and a lack of even an order form, receipt, etc. The lady at the counter said don't worry about it. That doesn't help the bride. We went to Fifi's up the street on a whim, and were met by a gentleman named Casey, who made it all so easy. Cannot thank Casey enough for his help, knowledge, and actually running a business. Everything went right. I placed the order for delivery around 5pm and immediately received a call from a very nice person telling me that they couldn't deliver until the next day. I explained I expected that, not a problem, but it was lovely to receive the call. My boyfriend had ordered flowers to be delivered to me at work and when I unexpectedly had to end up in the emergency room in another city where they don't even deliver to normally, the owner personally went out of the way to deliver the flowers to the hospital. Truly the best! Called from out of state 40 minutes before closing time in hopes of a last minute delivery for a loved one, and they were extremely accommodating from pricing to delivery. Worked with my budget and was even able to deliver within 1 hour of calling to place the order on a Sunday! Even sent me a photo once bouquet was done which was literally 20 minutes after placing the order. Super quick and efficient, and bouquet came out BEAUTIFUL! Could not thank them enough! Last weekend we had a celebration of life party for our mother at The Tacoma Yacht Club in Tacoma. I worked with both Randy and Casey on designing the flower arrangement for the tables and sprays used to decorate the displays and memory tables and photos around the ballroom. They were absolutely to work with and somehow captured my mom in their creative designs. The flowers were colorful beautifully arranged and delivered right on time by Casey. I received a beautiful floral arrangement on Valentines Day made by Fifi's Flowers. It is artfully arranged, full and very fresh. Unlike many other arrangements, this one is full of flowers and not much "filler" as is the case with many florists these days. After reading the amazing reviews, I decided to select this florist. I reside in California, but wanted to order a bouquet for my cousin, who lives in Tacoma, Washington. Casey greeted my call enthusiastically. Unfortunately, due to bad reception on my end, I had trouble relaying my requests to him over the phone. He was able to guide me through bouquets that could be costimazed to my preferred colors (Seahawks Colors, so blues, greens and a dash of white). Once I was satisfied with the flower selection, which flowers that would stay their natural color and which would be sprayed and vase color, Casey asked me to submit my order and message online (since my reception prevented me from giving him lengthy message, my payment details and shipping details over the phone). Brilliant idea!!! Once I did that, Casey called to confirm that he received my order. Casey took note of my phone number, promising to snap photos of it and text them to me before the bouquet delivered. Everytime I've stopped in I've been assisted by the owner who is always very nice to work with and knowledgeable! They have some of my favorite flowers available in their refrigerator and the prettiest arrangements around. These one's will be going to the office to brighten people day's through the week.
