Bought a drink inside and wanted to buy a box of backwoods , i forgot my ID so they couldn't sell it to me - that's perfectly fine and understood. The tall redhead was very rude during my previous visit, I bought a glass piece and he didn't care to wrap it before dropping it onto the counter for me. Lots of people complain about the owner. Try killing him with kindness - it almost works! But I love this place. There prices on cigs are great and they have (or had) a great selection of e-cig brands and flavors, along with all their vape juice. I don't live in Gig Harbor anymore but when I did I still made the drive here because of the prices and selection. The drive-thru window is great for getting cigs. It does get backed up sometimes, because everyone likes buying here! They now have a bigger store down the road, called "Big House Tobacco". Went in the other day because Riverside didn't have the e-cigs I was looking for. They did. Check them out next time! read more

Moving on. After nearly 20 years of going here, I'm finally tired of having my ID scrutinized (you'd think maybe they'd know me by now). For added fun they periodically screw up how they run your card and it glitches. They then demand cash instead of running it again and if you're lucky you won't be charged twice. I came in yesterday and bought dab travel kit and realized it was broken in the glass bowl in the middle. I paid 50$ for something broken and they wouldn't exchange it because they said I had to inspect before I bought it but they never told me that and didn't have signs posed saying that. They pretty much told me to F off! read more

Super friendly employees. Sometimes it can feel a little awkward walking into a smoke shop, but this place will make you feel at home in no-time. They just started carrying the new, super-cool LighterMate magnetic lighter. My girlfriend saw it on display and one of the employees took it out of the case and let her play with it, without pressuring her to buy it. I've been in smoke shops where the employees seemed unapproachable- this isn't one of them. read more

Great place to get disposables and Wraps, The dude with the perm fade gave great advice, they allow disposable testing in-store. Haven't been much but when I have it was a pleasure, 98% chance that the bad reviews where left from minors who got carded. read more

Coming from a vape shop manager, i'm seriously disappointed in the customer service provided by this smoke shop. i've been in multiple times and each time they failed to welcome me & did not make me feel like a priority. I spoke to the manager today and was treated with more disrespect than any vape shop i've been in. He does NOT put his customers first & it is evident. Don't buy anything from them other than cigarettes! Definitely don't buy ANY ecig/vape products from them unless you want to run the risk of getting ripped off. I would rather have flushed my cash down the toilet than to give it to someone that is knowingly selling me products that are faulty, broken, or expired. The people are nice, all the way to their bank. If you have to buy anything here, check to see that it is unopened, in working condition, and not expired. (but even then I've gotten ripped off) Tobacco products, especially e liquid go through a chemical change over time that can cause bad taste and nausea when used. Don't buy e liquid here! Most of it is expired and can literally make you sick, they are aware of this and continue to sell to anybody. Don't buy ecig wicks here! They sold me a few wicks that didn't work out of the box for more than 5-10 draws. I thought no big deal, they probably will exchange them, cuz I hadn't left the parking lot yet. They acted as if they already knew and were just feeding me a tail chasing explanation so they could keep my money, delivering no usable product, and continuing to sell them to unknowing customers. I have bought a few things that actually did work here, but learning and knowing how they operate, I consider that good luck. The ownership knows this is happening and use their somewhat friendly employees to minimalize and swerve away any customer service that might lead to them actually giving you what you paid for. Go anywhere else, support good, honest, and fair businesses. read more
