They did not Purify Booth for required 10-15 minute's between family members like they should have to Insure Sanitization, Quality of Tan and Health Awareness. Me and my kids got a spray tan and the worker gave us a Higher percentage of DHA color for are pale skin as well as not waiting in between people for Booth Sanitation, therefore leaving us Exposed to Residual Unsanitary Mist and the Tan left us Completely Orange and White splotches all over. I have tried four attempts via email like they said is the best way to get a hold of them to get a hold of a manager since 3/18 and I have heard crickets. I'm contacting Better Business Bureau, Health Department and a Attorney due to Unsanitary Practices and Negligence. !!!!BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this tanning salon. I developed a rash after being…read moreplaced in a bed that did not have an adjustable face tanner, meaning there was no way to lower the intensity for my face. When I explained my concerns and asked not to use that bed again, especially because I was tanning before an important event and worried about another reaction, I was treated poorly instead of with understanding. The situation became humiliating when staff made me call the owner from the front lobby in front of other customers to discuss my rash and concerns publicly. I was then told that because the owner is "certified," she knew what was best for me, despite my previous reaction and discomfort. I felt like I had to beg not to be placed in that bed again. The atmosphere was stressful and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what a tanning salon should feel like. Staff came across as rude and inflexible, and the membership policies were frustrating. Even when beds had longer session limits available, they would only allow extremely short sessions, making the membership feel like a waste of money. Ultimately, my membership was canceled because I advocated for myself and did not want to risk another rash. I would not recommend this salon if you value customer service, privacy, or flexibility. There are much better tanning options in Nampa and Middleton.
