We were sure the phone is a goner and were devastated. Nevertheless, we informed Airport operations Raymond and Lost & Found Marji Meeks. They promptly opened a case. It was the busy July 4th week. They scheduled the elevator maintenance on any early morning(to not disturb passengers) and retrieved my phone. Luckily, the phone was not damaged. Since I am not local they promptly FedExed it to my Nor Cal address. Very happy with the service. Thanks to the airport maintenance crew and Lost & Found for retrieving and mailing my phone.

Only two terminal and 14 gates, so very easy to walk around and find where need to go. Location is also very good. If going Hollywood, Valley, Glendale or Pasadena, this airport is very convenient. They also have Amtrak, Metrolink, bus and rental car connection, so many choice for transportation. Parking is convenient also, even now some change because construction of new terminal. I am excited to see replacement terminal when open in October 2026. BUR have very nice old-style airport feeling. Flying here still feel simple and not too much trouble. If ticket price and flight route is good, I always choose Burbank before LAX. Very good airport for Los Angeles.

The tray was filled up quite well and was satisfied with the portions. $35 plus tax but you can meal prep ( I use for my work lunch or lazy dinner days with this heat) I used the self-checkout lanes and that went smoothly. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.

We had to wait 10+ minutes (first time having to wait for a Supercharger) but we were easily distracted by our phones so it was fine. This one is right next to the Service center and dealership, so it is super convenient if you need to talk to an employee. However once off the freeway, there was a bit of a drive down San Fernando, which felt exponentially longer because of traffic, so plan accordingly. Ikea is practically next door. Ralphs and CVS are also right behind the wall, in case you are an out-of-towner who needs to replenish supplies.

We like this location because the several times we've been here, it's never full nor busy. Charging also seems to be faster than other Tesla Supercharger locations in the SFV. This is the first time we are at this location on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4:25pm and there are still more than 8 spaces available for charging. When we are around the area we prefer this Supecharger location than the one in Northridge.

There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there.
