I know I can always rely on my food being fresh at this store. I know all meat and fish is sourced sustainably and is fresh. Sometimes when I feel lazy to cook I love getting their prepped family meals. It's a good value $27-$32 depending on the protein choices and it has soooo much food in it. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.

I'm not directly by this location too often, but when I am I love exploring their new items, craft wine and craft beer for sure. You can still always catch some celebrity sightings like Dave Holmes, Adam Scott (though I've seen him more at my go to in Sherman Oaks - the one in the middle lol), and various others. All the classic options, extra deals via Prime Members (of Amazon), stellar bakery, hot bar, salad bar and more. Customer service here is always 10/10. Find the restrooms on the outskirts of the store. Carts for kids to get that slice of grocery market/health food store experience early, plus it's fun! Still grab a meal of snack from either the hot bar, a slice of vegan pizza or two (love when they have deals on slices) and or a beverage at Stage 71. Great inside, bar area or even patio seating with views of the city. WFM - Burbank is open from 7AM - 10PM every day, but holiday hours very, especially because we all deserve to enjoy the holidays and be merry.

I plugged into a station in West Hollywood and it asked me to update my payment information on my account through the app. Initially I thought nothing of this because I'd just had to replace cards due to misplacing my wallet. As soon as I did it withdrew $160. I called customer service and they said they see no history of a charge from the station I was plugged into. I tried to explain that the charge didn't come from the station as the station hadn't started yet, it came from Charge Point directly. The guy kept going on and on about not seeing a charge and asked if I have any proof. I told him I could take a screenshot of my chase account that clearly shows the charge amount and where the charge came from. Then he said "let me escalate this to someone back in the US." So wait a minute, you don't even work for Charge Point, this is 3rd party overseas customer service? Yes sir. I can't do anything to refund any money. I'll make sure someone calls in I'm the next week or so and follows up. NEXT WEEK OR SO?!?! Who is calling me exactly? Can I have their number? No, we aren't allowed to give that out. Over a week went by and finally this same guy calls me back and says "I'm calling you back like I promised and sending you an email to send me your bank information. 1. You said someone who could help was calling. 2. The email you sent has no company logo or employee identification, no professional logo, the email address is super generic and also doesn't say Charge Point... this feels like identity theft. 3. You can't even use the information assuming this isn't a scam, you're just sending my information somewhere else. No chance to I'm sending all my bank information to to this guy. Since then no one else has contacted me. Considering legal action.

He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for. 3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside. Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite. At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house. There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.

The prices are more than a bit over-the-top (ugly). Whoever designed this store deserves a smack-down. The aisles are so small you have to shimmy past people. And if you are shopping with a cart, good luck to you. Legit the most baffling design choices I've ever seen. This is an example of design that actually effects the shopping experience in a BAD WAY. Total head scratcher. Whoever designed the parking lot for the entire complex is an absolute idiot. If you need to get your cart to your car, there are several issues depending on what area you park in. First up, upon exiting the store there is a curb with no visible ramp so you have to cart-jump the curb to get down to the street level to your car. Then there is a raised planter between parking and the store so that if you are on the other side of it, you have to cart-jump the curb again. Seriously? Total failure in design on both the store and the parking. But hey - 90 minutes free parking so that's a plus. $16 for a smoothie is a little excessive for sure. Was it good? Yes. That said, while I'm happy to pay more for a great selection of organic fruits and veggies, the smoothies aren't that different from one I could make at home or get somewhere else of the same quality but for less. So if you are on a budget or just resent paying $16 for a smoothie on principal, I suggest focusing on your favorite, good stuff at Erewhon which for me is the fruits / vegetables and their outstanding selection of health / beauty products and their prepared food. from the beauty section, I got something called EVERYTHNG OIL based on the recommendation of one of the staff and it is a GREAT product -- truly my skin is transformed -- well worth the $. I also discovered a yoghurt there that I love -- Painterland Sisters -- but I now buy it at Sprouts as it is cheaper there. The prepared food selection is great! Vegan dessert selection - hallelujah! And I'm a big fan of all their vegan options actually - great stuff. I like that they give you a credit for every glass bottle you bring back -- not a small one either. $2 for each bottle! That brings down the cost of those fresh juices I love so I'll take it!! :) So spend some time finding your favorite stuff - this is a place to pick up a couple of things -- not do ALL your grocery shopping. First of all, you don't want a cart in this place -- too hard to navigate. But also, a full shop at Erewhon is 3 times what any other store would cost. But they do have some very excellent products so worth it for those things IMHO but not for EVERYTHING. Also, try to choose a time to go when it's not packed. the store is claustrophobic when full.

Apply the points and move on. The only changes we need to make are we just keep going to the Bristol Farms that just opened up by our house in Beachwood. And we never stop by this shit box again. How stupid to give attitude over something is silly as your points game.
