This particular charging station always seems to have a wait, no matter whether you come morning, noon or night. And one or more out of the chargers is always out of service. On my most recent visit yesterday, I waited nearly half an hour just to plug in. This is pretty common. Electrify America needs to do better. There need to be more charging stands in more convenient locations. A ton of federal money has been injected into improving the EV charging infrastructure in America, so what's the problem?

Sure there's not a lot of frills inside the terminals. But when you had to frequently fly for work you don't really care about that stuff. You really just care about the convenience and logistics. We flew into BUR during memorial day weekend to visit my sister and her hubs. Some of the nice features: 1. You actually get to deplane in the open air, and not in the typical enclosed and claustrophobic skybridge tunnel. Similarly, baggage claim is open air. 2. The Southwest terminal is pretty small, but they have restrooms spread out everywhere which is super convenient. 3. Dining options are limited. For take-out upon departing BUR, Lunch Box has a large menu of options. They at least have a Starbucks, BBQ, and sandwich places. 4. I like how the rental car center is walkable from the airport, and they have several moving walkways and escalator to speed up the journey. LAX will always be bigger and more glamorous, but when traveling to the LA area, BUR is far less stressful and easier to get in and out. Its also closer to Studio City/Universal Studios where we were staying.

I know I can always rely on my food being fresh at this store. I know all meat and fish is sourced sustainably and is fresh. Sometimes when I feel lazy to cook I love getting their prepped family meals. It's a good value $27-$32 depending on the protein choices and it has soooo much food in it. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.

When I returned to my car, the car was not charged. I have emailed them twice and no response. This company seems shady and very difficult to get a hold of. Roobik has come to my house a total of three times…read more 1. He came to my house to install an outdoor outlet, which I did use him for (and tipped) 2. He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for. 3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside. Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite. At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house. There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.

Roobik quickly gave me reasonable quotes after his site visit so I decided to work with him. On the day of working we had few different tactics to run the cables. Roobik thoroughly analyzed the tradeoffs until we agreed upon the best solution maintenance/reliability/cost wise. The attention to detail was great. See how he tidied up the cables nicely as well as ran conduits in a clean way with silicone seal to avoid water etc intrusion. The overall price was fair as well for the time and the material spent and the quality of work.

We like this location because the several times we've been here, it's never full nor busy. Charging also seems to be faster than other Tesla Supercharger locations in the SFV. This is the first time we are at this location on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4:25pm and there are still more than 8 spaces available for charging. When we are around the area we prefer this Supecharger location than the one in Northridge.
