This is what you get when you purchase locally. I purchased new replacement doors about a year ago, they were not cheap but the doors are crazy nice and installed perfectly. I just had an issue with a sensor and doors not reacting to the key pad. I talked with Melissa on yesterday (Monday), she was very busy but she gave me all the time in the world to discuss the issue. She set up an appt for Tuesday, well, the technician called first thing on Tuesday and was there within 10 minutes to correct all the issues and did routine maintenance along with the service. Jeff was great, I asked him what I owed and he said it is covered....I owed nothing for this great service. People need to realize you get what you paid for, this was wonderful service and I will recommend to anyone that will listen..... Craig was at our door and fixing our problem just a few hours after we called Electro. He was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We were prepared to replace our entire system if need be and most repair people would have tried to up sell us and max out their profits as much as possible, but Craig didn't have us spend a dime that wasn't necessary and recommended we keep as much of our current system as possible until it finally gives out. Contacted Electro Door Systems from an Angie's list recommendation. Matt was here exactly when he said he would. We told him what we wanted and after showing us samples of the garage door designs and options, we choose a very nice looking door and an upgraded closer (internet connected) he gave us an estimate including our selected options. He informed us it would take a few weeks to order the custom door. After about two weeks he called and let us know the door was in and worked out a time for the installation. He and an assistant showed up as scheduled and installed the door and new closer. They also removed the old closer and put it in my detached garage. Both doors work flawlessly. Great service and great looking door, makes the house look so much better than the 1980s door we had replaced. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had. After trying to install items that I did not need, the service technician left the door in worse operating order than before! Could not even line up the sensors correctly, I had to do it myself. THE WORST PART was how the owner Bill treated me when I called in. Wouldn't let me explain my complaint, instead told me all the things that I didn't understand. Told me that I was wrong and that I owe a bill of $95 for a service call that was worse than before.
