In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. The repair man was courteous and very knowledgeable...the roller was repositioned, the roller guide frame was bent back to the correct position. Luckily the door panels that were slightly starting to bend went back into a flat position. After two weeks, there have been no further problems. A very reasonable repair charge, there was no pressure in suggesting unnecessary additional parts were required. They will get our repeat business in the future.
