I noticed the lady had missed a spot on my underarm, so I reached out to see if maybe they could re-do the session since clearly the lady made a mistake and they proceeded to try and get me to purchase more sessions when clearly the job wasn't done properly with only 8 zaps... Could be a great place but trying to scam customers into buying more sessions is not my ideal place for good customer-service.
