At 1115 the receptionist calls and states the system they use had double and triple booked patients and they would not be able to see me. I explained the situation to the receptionist about me flying in and leaving the following morning. I then requested they add me to the end of the schedule. The receptionist stated she would be unable to do that because Michelle was leaving early. I then sent an email to the address the receptionist provided requesting the email be forwarded to Michelle and Dr. Feldman for reimbursement of my flight costs. I have of course had no response VERY disappointing and unprofessional.
