Absolutely awful. This place is nothing but a scammy money grab. My mom and I came in for something simple, and instead we got harassed the entire time with nonstop sales pitches. They were sneaky and deceitful about what service they were actually providing, purposely vague about prices, and clearly more focused on draining our wallets than doing quality work. It felt slimy, dishonest, and downright disrespectful. There's nothing relaxing about being lied to and pushed around just so they can tack on extra charges. Very light and airy ambiance. Well decorated, but tight space. Between people waiting to pay and people coming to check in, their front reception area can get a little crowded. Customer service was ok. If you just wanna get in and out quick with very little interaction from your nail tech, this is the place for you. My tech was a little on the cold side that day. Contrary to the usual nail salon process, you don't actually head to the nail polish station to pick your color before you get seated. Instead, they hand you color palettes, even for a regular nail polish. Quality of work was meh. She spent very little time to work on my callouses and the massage was quick. They were busy so they might have rushed my service to accommodate people coming in. Considering the options they have around this area, this is probably the best one out there as far as cleanliness and ambiance. But if your priority are friendly service and great quality, you may need to keep looking. read more

Relocated to Locust Grove and finding a good nail salon has been a challenge. I've been give this salon chance after chance thinking it'll get better but it won't. They don't clean the pedicure chairs after each client unless you mention it. I sat and observed several people sit in the same chair and not one spray touch it. Everything is RUSHED!!! If you want nails and feet done, your nails will be done while getting your pedi. Nails, polish and everything else will be flying all over you!!! There's so much more. Even down to the polish smh. You can tell they're spreading the white polish to the point of no return. It's streaky, barely anything in the container. Your best bet would be to come with your own polish! With they way they've lacked with cleaning, I'd rather bring my own!! I'll continue searching for a clean nail salon read more

On 2/18 I got my hands done $50 (SNS)+ feet $70 ($50 for the type of pedicure & tip on big toe ..charged me additional $20)+ tip for the folks; also notice when I got all the way home they put two different colors on me (see picture). I am out of State and 3 SNS came off Tuesday 2/23. However, what has taken me over the top is that the remaining 7 SNS have come off today (see picture). I spent all this money for a manicure along with the SNS and the darn powder tips have just come off. What type of cheap crap did you all use on me? I'm utterly disappointed and need a full refund because you wasted my valuable and precious time. I'm completely done. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I've never had a nail tech use a fake nail to rip my acrylic nails off, but the lady that did mine did. I should have gotten up and left as soon as it started to hurt, but I was still giving her a chance. Because I waited to leave, one of the nails that she made hurt started bleeding. I asked her if I should not get anything done on them and just give my nails a break since there was blood coming from my nail, and she disregarded it. She did apologize but continued to file at this nail and just said to go wash them. There was no use of alcohol to clean the area or cotton/bandaid to stop the bleed. This lady was also going back and forth between me and another lady getting a pedicure, and did not wash her hands from the second I sat down. There was absolutely cross contamination. If I get a sort of fungus or infection, I will be reporting this to state board. They also charged me full price with no discount although I explained this. I was still kindly willing to pay until I heard the amount and asked why it was that much with my finger bleeding, and they said I still had to pay the full amount. Not to mention, after all of this, my nails aren't even flawless. There's smudges and bumps all over my nails because she was trying to rush and get done. You are suppose to treat customers like real people, not just walking money. If you aren't going to do your job right, nor be sanitary, kindly find a new career path. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! They are so nice and I came in and got old nails taken off and a new acrylic gel nails put on and it was only $50 which in my opinion is a GREAT price! Came in with my daughter and when she realized every nail on her right hand was crooked she told Tracy her nail tech and Tracy told my 15 year old she had too much meat on her nail bed ( my daughter is not over weight) she's never had an issue with her nails being done so I stepped into the conversation and let her know it was the shape not how her nail beds are so Tracy attempted to fix them and still her nails were completely crooked on her right hand finally Tracy said she needed my daughter to point out on which side she needed it fixed my daughter told her she the entire nail is crooked and she just wanted it straight in her frustrated attempt to continue she cut my daughters finger my daughter almost screamed Tracy did not even acknowledge that she cut her. we ended up having to have another tech step in and fix her mistakes! When we asked who was in charge of course the boss was out of town and Tracy and her sister were in charge We still left completely unhappy and over charged! read more

I went to have 3 acrylic nails taken off. She started by clipping them down instead of soaking them first. Then, she got a plastic nail from the container that used to rip my nail off, I said "OW" three time she didn't seem to care nor did she stop, instead, she just laughed and continued to remove the nail the same way while I was in pain. before I left she said I owed her money for removing 3 nails and I guess I had to pay for the pain. I had been going to this salon for a while, but today was awful. They tried really hard to push the "angry, black woman" stereotype. I had been getting gel manicures from this salon in past, and I had no issue. A couple of days ago, I got a gel manicure. They rushed the process. My nails started breaking off the next day. I went in today to see what they could do to fix the situation. They came up with the excuse that the gel manicure is not the best which was BS because 1) I had just gotten a gel manicure from a different salon a couple of weeks ago; had 0 issue with my nails breaking and 2) I've gotten that service done before at their salon and didn't have a problem. They explained that the SNS was better. What upset me was they kept trying to overexplain and talk down to me as if I were dumb, but they weren't understanding my viewpoint. I asked the lady how they were going to fix my nail shape, and she went back to the other explanation of how the gel manicure wasn't going to work. She kept getting under my skin by saying that I should come back another day since I was upset. I told her I was not going to be able to due to work, and if I came in another day I was still going to be upset (duh!). She then went on to say that I was scaring her and other customers in the salon (major side eye). Very racist! I won't be going there and probably any other Asian nail salon ever again. They need to do a better job of how they treat African American women. read more

I was recently in town visiting friends in Locust Grove and decided to get a pedicure. So I saw Novo in the area and tried it out. Upon walking in, the ambiance of the salon captured me. The nail tech notified us that they had just opened a month ago. We were quickly greeted and seated for pedicures. I chose the $50 pedicure (I forgot the actual name of it), but it was truly one of the best pedicures I have received. Better than my usual pedicures at my home location. I would highly recommend this salon. The place is clean and neat, the nail techs are very nice and do an amazing job, and you will definitely get your money's worth of services. read more
