Flew in from New Jersey specifically for my appointment with Michelle which was scheduled a month prior . My appointment was at 1p. At 1115 the receptionist calls and states the system they use had double and triple booked patients and they would not be able to see me. I explained the situation to the receptionist about me flying in and leaving the following morning. I then requested they add me to the end of the schedule. The receptionist stated she would be unable to do that because Michelle was leaving early. I then sent an email to the address the receptionist provided requesting the email be forwarded to Michelle and Dr. Feldman for reimbursement of my flight costs. I wanted to schedule a consultation for lip filler and treatment for sun spots. When I called, I was told I would need 2 different consultations for separate dates because the provider isn't able to discuss skin treatments. I decided to schedule just the filler consult and was told I needed to put down a deposit. I was fine with that until I was told that if I don't get the treatment, I don't get the deposit back. It would've been my first visit, what if I don't feel comfortable with the injector or would like to first get info and then schedule? Decided to go elsewhere and received great care. read more

I am interested in getting a series of chemical peels. I went in for a consult. The aesthetician was nice and very honest with her recommendations. I have not gone back for the peels because their prices are too high. I dont want facial peels, i just want the peel applied to a very small part of my body that has some discoloration. However, they have one set price for everyone and would not budge. Also, their hours are inconvenient for me. They close at 5 during the week and in order to get a saturday appointment,i was told that i would have to go to their mcdonough location. And the mcdonough location is only open one saturday a month. I will be finding another place to give my business to. read more

Beware of their 'savings club'. Their record keeping is atrocious and I only recently learned that the money in your account 'drops off the records' if it isn't used in a certain period of time. This should have been disclosed on the front end. Then, who knows if you're getting an accurate accounting of the remaining 'balance'? To make matters worse, my last visit had to be charged to my credit card, because the person checking me out was unable to log in to my 'savings account'. I merely asked that this charge be refunded to my card, then debuted from my 'savings account' balance as soon as possible. After nearly a month and repeated phone calls, this still hasn't been resolved. I am beyond frustrated and out of patience. read more

I love Truffles! Yes, the chocolate too! I was so uneasy about taking the plunge and getting Botox and Juvederm. At. 44 yo I looked tired all of the time. They made me feel very comfortable, explained every detail to me, and were very patient. The result is fantastic! I will definitely go back. The girls at the desk were great too. In order to be fair in this review I must say that my wife wanted laser hair removal for Christmas but it won't be getting done at this unprofessional and unorganized business. Why? Well simply put if you make an appointment and try and call to verify all you will get on the phone is a rapid ringing as if someone left the phone off the hook. As a business owner all that means is the phone is not forwarded correctly. That was strike one. My appointment was for ten which we showed up five minutes early there was one car in the lot and the door was closed. A lady was in a car came over and asked if we had appointments and we told her yes and she was unaware of any appointments, strike two. She went on to tell us she forgot her key and someone was coming with a key it was now fifteen minutes after our scheduled appointment. She started to discuss laser her removal and that she was the one that performs the treatment and that some bruising is common.nStrike 3.. No it is not I have first hand experience and if done with the new modern equipment it's al oat painless and there is no bruising. So I hope this gets to the owner who happens to be a good plastic surgeon but needs to have a good look at his staff because they are certainly dropping the ball when it comes to the medspa part of his. Seek laser hair removal in Atlanta or on the north side of town, just maybe they have there acts together. read more
