I explained how is that possible I have had insurance on the phone since I got it. So I went home and a few days later I called TMobile and they said yes it is covered and he said ill call the store please hold on. He called the store got back on the line with me and said no problem I spoke with them and you can go there anytime and they will replace it free under warranty. So i decided to go right away. When I got there the guy was rude as i told him you just spoke with TMobile right? He said yes and I said you can replace my cracked screen protector under warranty. He replies you have to wait and then I will check the system!! Wth!!! You just spoke to customer service and it was verified!! Ill wait but want to make sure this will get done! He says again I have to check the system!! Are you kidding me!! Long story short the employees are horrible there and don't know wth they are doing. Because I left and called the Spring Valley store with a world of difference. They checked while i was on the phone with them and said come down we will replace it. And i was out of their store within 5 minutes and a new screen! Too bad Pearl River is a nice location but you are wasting your time dealing with the morons there.

Most of the times you call there's someone there who can't give you the right information. I don't recommend for anyone to shop at the store or the New Jersey store anything that does poorly run cannoli filter over to the other store considering they're in the jersey store more than they are in the New York store worst Spy Store I have been in

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I…read morepurchased a recording device from this store. When I went to use the device, I could not charge it to set it up. The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port. I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare. He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call... and call... and call.. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me. She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund. Again, do not shop here. Save yourself a headache.

Elliot was super busy that day and let us fully enjoyed what they have to offer which was just incredible systems. At the end of the day Elliot was such great hosts and chatted with us about his showroom. Many hifi stores have a poor snobbish attitude, not Elliot and his team. They know their stuff and how to treat customers properly. Highly recommended.

I had a pretty good experience overall but it came with some disappointment. So, consider this to…read morebe "Jason's guide to getting the best out of your Innovative AV experience" I came with a list of specific products I wanted to buy (speakers + amp) and the spatial constraints of my living room. They ended up selling me the amp I wanted and more expensive speakers that still fit my requirements. I worked with George. Here are the positives I experienced: - They were exceptionally generous with their time. I learned quite a bit from coming here. - They were great at finding products that fit my requirements, including suggesting alternatives I hadn't considered. And I thought I researched everything! - They were good at "bending the audiophile rules" like speaker placement and minimum power requirements for an amp. They sold me a system that shouldn't work on paper but does work really well in practice. - They were exceptionally flexible and accommodating when it came to delivery and installation, both services that they provide. I'm very grateful for all of the above. But caveat emptor. There were some downsides and you need to be well-informed going in. - All sales are final. - They will sell you overpriced cables. It's the cost of doing business. - I didn't actually audition the speakers on my desired amp but rather used a substitute device that was more readily available in their showroom. In retrospect, it was stupid of me not to insist this. - It took a long time to receive the goods. It was a lot longer than they had initially estimated. You will need to be patient. - They claim to provide a "guarantee" that their customers will enjoy the systems they purchase, and tbf they go quite far in delivering on this promise. But, after the installation, I had to spend days troubleshooting the amp and the TV. I had to even purchase a separate audio streaming device to compensate for software bugs in the amp. It was an amp that I had initially chosen, but Innovative stood behind it and they did not give me the practical help I needed. Instead, they gave me relentless positivity about the quality of their product offerings. This might be good for closing a deal but not for actually getting the best quality out of the system. - As soon as the speakers arrived, I was told they required 100 hours of playing to fully break in for the best audio quality, as the drivers are stiff coming off the factory line. I emailed the speaker company and confirmed that this was a falsehood. I called George out on this and his subsequent responses hinted at an admission of guilt. Beware of tactics like this. - Their digital priorities are wrong, imo. I would like devices that are dead simple for other people in my household to use. For me, HDMI-CEC is important, so we can control power and volume with our TV. Also, Google Home integration is important, so we can have synchronized speaker groups. They will steer the conversation away from topics like this because they don't have good answers. Instead, they will want to sell you expensive DACs and hi-res audio streaming services like Tidal and Qubuz, even when doing so contradicts scientific facts about the limits of human hearing. - There are great products out there (including so-called "budget audiophile" equipment) that Innovative doesn't sell because they aren't dealers for whatever reason. These gaps are where the missing piece of your audio puzzle could be hiding. Overall, I'm actually quite happy with my experience. Given the sum total of my requirements, there weren't many options and Innovative sold me a reasonable package. If I had to do it over, I probably wouldn't have changed much. However, I might have tried Park Ave Audio just to compare.
