The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees. Guest what they did, they left my car in the street for a few days without any consent or like if my money isn't worth anything. I lost two toolboxes worth over $500, Ray-Ban sunglasses ($200), my EZ Pass, charging cables/adapters, perfume, clothes from my backpack, also a head unit that was in green box and more. On top of that, I paid their diagnostic fee (which I don't mind since that's part of their job), but when it comes to my missing belongings, I'm the one who takes the loss. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a single answer or resolution from the shop. Items don't just vanish into thin air. The worst part is the complete lack of responsibility or concern from their side. The reviews may make this place look like a trustworthy shop and that's the reason I came here for, but my experience was the opposite. Be very careful leaving your car or belongings here, because once something goes missing, you're on your own.

I looked at a number of mobile inspection companies and the reviews are horrendous and include inexperienced inspectors and useless reports. Talking with Jay, I was immediately impressed by his experience and he was able to inspect the car the next day. The inspection was thorough and identified a number of issues (e.g. necessary maintenance that had not been completed, minor body damage, error codes, etc.) that would have led to over $6k in maintenance costs for me. Jay also called me to discuss the detailed report with pictures and to share his experience and impressions. Overall, highly recommend this company for any pre-purchase inspection to avoid surprises.

Worse, their inspection completely missed visible exterior damage to the passenger-side mirror housing, damage that a BMW dealership later confirmed was preexisting and caused the turn signal not to work.
