She has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. I had some anxiety about receiving test results and explained that I preferred to review them online rather than receive them unexpectedly over the phone. Paige completely understood and respected my wishes. She handled the situation with such sensitivity and gentleness that it really stood out to me. Good communication and compassion mean a great deal to me when it comes to healthcare, and I feel that I've received both from Karina and Paige.
