I have been a patient at Elite Primary Care for 3 years. They have always been on target with diagnosis, treatment, and referrals. If a person goes in there with a laundry list of problems, it isn't fair to the provider to expect the doctor, NP, or PA to expect all issues on the laundry list to be addressed. I have lots of doctors appointments and one of my favorite offices to work with is Elite Primary Care. Stella does a great job booking appointments and is always happy and glad to see me. If you haven't noticed the wait is always short. They stagger appointments so patients don't wait long. Jaime has great support staff and employs great nurse practitioners to lead his team at Elite. I totally trust her knowledge and expertise and that I get the best care available. I am very lucky to be her patient and wouldn't go any where else for primary care. Recently I had some very unusual medical symptoms and Dr. Pai quickly saw me, listened to my symptoms and correctly accessed the cause which was confirmed with blood work for a rare condition. This was a complete joke. I broke my back. The occupational male therapist was amazing. Never once explained what I could do to help my back strengthen or heal. Told me to lift my legs 15 times each lol. No information on how you strengthen my arms or upper body or back. It's my opinion all they want is to collect the money. When I told them of my complaints they asked if they could out and discharge me. I will be contacting my insurance company to make sure they are aware and don't pay them for a service I didn't get. I check my blood pressure every morning I don't need to have someone waste an hour of my life every week to do that. Please do yourself a favor and get a qualified aftercare.

Frame selection was good, service excellent, and the glasses were ready a day earlier than promised. About as good as it gets.
