The AT&T representative was also extremely helpful in explaining our options. During the Fourth of July weekend, they had a great deal on the iPhone 16e. I was able to purchase one for my mom for $439 plus tax. We also purchased the two-year protection plan, a phone case, and a screen protector. One helpful thing I learned that I wanted to share with other customers is that if you don't know how to transfer everything from your old phone to your new one and get the new phone set up, it's actually cheaper to purchase the $29.99 Best Buy membership, which is good for one year, than to pay the Geek Squad $49 fee. With the membership, they can transfer everything over for you, set up your new phone, and you also get other discounts and benefits throughout the year. After purchasing the phone, two-year protection plan, one-year Best Buy membership, phone case, screen protector, and paying the taxes, everything came to around $735. I thought that was a great buy, especially compared with what we could have paid going directly through a phone carrier. What impressed me the most was how patient and accommodating everyone was with my mom. She is elderly, and we ended up being there for about 3 1/2 hours while everything was taken care of. They really took the time to help her get the phone she wanted at a good price and make sure everything was set up properly. They even brought her a chair so she could sit down and be comfortable while we waited. I really appreciated that. The store was clean, neatly displayed, and easy to navigate. They also have handicap parking spaces, which was helpful for us. I was very grateful for all the help we received and for how kindly and patiently everyone treated my mom. We left with everything she needed and felt like we got a great deal. I would definitely shop at this Best Buy again and highly recommend this location!

It has become clear that Best Buy's customer support falls off significantly after the sale is finalized. Rather than handling installations directly, they outsource services to third-party contractors--in our case, JB Hunt. The delivery crew simply unboxed the machines on their truck, set them in place, and hooked up the basic water and electrical connections. Calling this a proper installation is generous at best. Between the faulty setup, emerging mechanical issues, and lack of follow-through, we are extremely dissatisfied with both Best Buy and JB Hunt. We expected a seamless end-to-end experience for premium appliances, but instead, we have been left to deal with the fallout of a careless installation.

While looking around some guy comes up, shows me an SD card and tells me it costs $45.00. I thought it was expensive but i needed it, so i said ok. While on my way to pay, this small guy comes up and starts pitching me on a camera and then on a projector. Both pitches were as sorry as a salt ice cream. He then proceeded to take my card for the purchase and shows me a 45 bucks tab on register he seemed to be using. I gave my card, he runs it and hands me a receipt to sign. While he handed me the receipt he distracted me with small talk to the point that I didnt even check the total. I grabbed my SD card and left. Hours later I realized this scum bag had charged my card $245.00. Thankfully my CC company was able to refund my money, I spent about two hours explaining to them the despicable and abrasive form of theft i suffered. Never buy from these scum bags !!! The mall has a similar electronics store on the opposite side of the mall. This store reminded me of Radio Shack that closed down years ago that was destroyed by Amazon.

I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price.
