Unfortunately I'm not able to rate 1 star. I would if I could. The salespeople are only interested in their commissions and not the customer. I spent $429.99 plus $79.99 for Protectall protection plan which turned out to be a useless waste of money. My 9 month old television experienced a issue with the screen that I thought was covered through the the Protectall protection plan but was not because the salesperson never explained the actual coverage. Had I known I needed to purchase the upgrade screen protection I would have purchased it being the screen is very delicate and susceptible to damage. That was never explained to me at the time of purchase so now I have a 9 month old television that's going in the trash. You've been warned read more
