I have been coming here for about 2 years along with my mother. Daisy (Didem) is AMAZING. She waxes and threads my eyebrows so good, I always get compliments on my eyebrows and she doesn't make them too thin. I also get armpits, Brazilian, and a full leg wax which Daisy is able to do so quickly and as painless as possible. She does the Brazilian before the legs so you can get the painful part over and done with. She also does the Brazilian very quick. Daisy is extremely sweet and overall just a great person. She is great at what she does and she's extremely accommodating. April is simply the best! Do yourself a favor and get in the habit of always making an appointment. There's only two employees and they get really busy. I can't tell you how many times I sat there waiting for my appointment and someone walks-in and gets annoyed once they're told that they can't be helped. Walked In at exactly 6:42pm. I only walked in because the "open" sign was lit. After walking in the woman working there says "oh I'm busy come back tomorrow". In her defense, she was in the middle of working on someone and there was one other woman waiting; however, the "open" sign was LIT and the door was open. Terrible customer service in my opinion. She was at fault for leaving the light on and with nearly twenty minutes before close, she could have helped me. read more

The only person I trust with my eyebrows is Ebru! Would highly recommend getting your eyebrows done here; they are very good and actually take the time to shape your brows perfectly for your face. Maybe a little more expensive than the other random eyebrow threading places you go to at the mall, but definitely worth it. Daisy spa is the ONLY place I will go for a bikini/Brazilian wax. DO NOT go to European wax center! Perhaps they're not all bad but I had the worst wax experience @ the stony brook one. I have been a loyal customer of daisy spa for over 5 years bc I can go in & get a Brazilian wax & my eyebrows threaded and literally I'm out in 15 min or less!! And for both services I believe it's only $60-$65 which I think is a bargain considering you always come out w great results. Didi & April are SO sweet & professional and make the bikini wax process as painless as possible. (If your a first timer ask them to put they're hand on the area right after pulling the wax-it absolutely helps with the pain.) Both didi & April are from turkey which is why they're the best bc as didi explained to me, in turkey women start getting bikini waxes very young & frequently which minimizes the pain and they both learned the skill in they're teen years which is why they're the best. I believe they only accept cash but believe me- you want a bikini wax to be as quick as possible bc it will hurt so cough up the cash & go to the best, Daisy spa!! This place is seriously awesome. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT they sometimes take walk ins but frequently cannot. Cash only and well worth the price for threading/waxing. As someone with very difficult eyebrows I can say with confidence and these two ladies are the only ones who consistently do an excellent job and don't complain that my eyebrows are "hard" to do. Love this place so much but they are never open! More times than not they are closed when they should be open. Very frustrating because I drive 20 minutes just for them to be closed. However, when they are open, they are the nicest two women around! They do an AMAZING job. I prefer April but I hear wonderful things about the other lady as well! read more
