This young girl ruined my eyebrows. She rushed and I was done in record time but the results were NOT worth it. She Butchered one of them, left hair and a gaping whole with a cut!! I didn't realize I was bleeding til I got home !!!! They don't even match now!!! I have thick eyebrows so much to work with! Now they are thin and I need to pencil them because she RUINED THEM!! And I just wanted a touch up. She ruined my shape and I need the owner to contact me because this is absolutely horrible ! I stayed and got a face wax, which was wildly expensive, considering their website listed another price... They do a good job at waxing and the threading. But they need to update their prices on their website and have more estheticians available.

You can't see from the photo but the person who did my eyebrows missed a bunch of loose hairs, but it is what it is, I would prefer better for what I'm paying though. But the worst part is my poor skin. The photos don't show its extent at all; my poor skin is raw. This never happens when getting threaded. This is the first place I've ever been to, waxing or threading, that doesn't use moisturizer after and I guess that's what caused it.

It definitely took a few trail and errors before I was blessed by Karma, but once I found her I knew I had to keep her. Durning the pandemic I did not get my eyes brows done until Karma came back to work. She takes the time to get to know you, she has great conversations and time after time again your eyebrows will always look perfect. I recently just tried eyelash extensions I will definitely update at a later date to give to my review.

Honestly anything, she waxed my eyebrows and botched those too. I got a Brazilian laser hair removal and she literally spent the whole time fat shaming me. She saw that I developed some stretch marks on my thighs (which are from working out my glutes because I've been working out harder) and she continued to call my body type undesirable and say I should stop eating and diet to become a more desirable body type. Besides the traumatizing things she'd say to me, I've spent $750 on laser hair removal only on Brazilian and I see no difference. She is quite literally a fraud who stole my money and left me feeling as if it was unnatural to grow hair and have hips.

She understood and did a fantastic job. She kept them thick and shaped them as much as she could while I'm in the process of growing them back. It cost about $4 more than I normally pay (it was $16 for brows and lip). With all that being said, I would definately recommend and I will keep this place on my list.
