just now I usually have someone else do my eyebrows there and every other time I love it, they perfect and been going for 2 years now. Today (6/19/19 around noon I went) I AM PISSED!! This young girl ruined my eyebrows. She rushed and I was done in record time but the results were NOT worth it. She Butchered one of them, left hair and a gaping whole with a cut!! I didn't realize I was bleeding til I got home !!!! They don't even match now!!! I have thick eyebrows so much to work with! Now they are thin and I need to pencil them because she RUINED THEM!! And I just wanted a touch up. She ruined my shape and I need the owner to contact me because this is absolutely horrible ! Upon entering I asked for a list of services to be completed such as a brazilian which they could not do because the esthetician who is supposed to do it wasn't there for the day, which doesn't seem adequate for a waxing salon. I stayed and got a face wax, which was wildly expensive, considering their website listed another price... They do a good job at waxing and the threading. But they need to update their prices on their website and have more estheticians available. read more

A friend referred me here said They do a good job. I have wedding I'm in tomorrow. I tel her I'm growing them out in certain areas so I can have a nice shape so basically just clean up. She said yes. She was done pretty fast, faster then it takes to wax. After she was done. The hair I was TRYING to grow out to be even on both she took off on both. And now I have these thin lines on my face. She said "they didn't match hair was missing". DUH I KNOW THATS WHY I SAID I WAS GROWING IT OUT. I give up. I haven't done my eye brows in so long for this reason. This place is always empty... that's why I've given them a chance 3 times... although they have plenty of bad reviews, often times I'm in a dash, so this is a sure bet no wait.... and today, it was all too clear why they are always empty... I asked her if she could fix it, she said "yea yea here" and hurriedly swiped them once and said to look at them and before I could respond she TOLD me "they are fine"... who does that?? My husband and I recently went here to get our eyebrows done as we were in the neighborhood. I checked their website prior to going in to check their prices. $7.00 for women, $8.00 for men. That seems to be the standard price all around so we went for it. We walked in and my husband went first, and I noticed a little sign on the wall that said starting January 1, 2017, there would be a price increase. $12.00 for women's eyebrows, $13.00 for men's eyebrows. I almost fell over. That price is ridiculous. And they did just an okay job. Save yourself some money and go to gorgeous salon where the prices are more reasonable. read more

I usually don't write a review unless I have either an exceptionally good or bad experience! Unfortunately this was the latter. I came in with thick, nicely shaped brows. I asked her to please just clean up and do NOT change the existing shape. I specially said I like to keep them thick. This woman, although very nice, does not listen! She took off 2/3 of my eyebrow. I have the thinnest eyebrows I have seen since the early 80's. I am extremely disappointed. Now I will have to paint in browns and grow them back for months to get my shape back. Update: I have since taken my service to Sweetys in Ronkonkoma and have never been happier. I have been a regular here since I was 15 and there is one woman who I love to go to and we always have conversations. However, they have gotten some new employees that have a bit of an attitude and I am honestly so upset by it. Today I went in and one of the newer girls did my eyebrows. When she threaded my upper lips she was going so fats that it felt like my skin was burning. Now- know that I have been doing this for the last 7 years of my life, my skin has grown fairly used to the initial pain of having every hair ripped out from its root. But when I asked her to please go slower she gave me an attitude. I am also aware that they no longer take tips on cards- and as I never carry cash I apologize when i cannot give a tip and usually- my lady knows- I will over compensate on the tip the next time around. I don't want to turn into the debate on whether or not a tip is deserved or not. However, I paid with my card, the woman told me that tips can only be in cash, I apologized and she gave me a what I now assume was an fake smile. As I was leaving she shouts very rudely "Tips are every important, tip next time" I was so mortified that I just left. So, not only did i get an attitude when I asked to slow down her threading, I also received an attitude over something I profusely apologized over. I am just surprised that this is the way I have been spoken to after seven years of being a customer and I know i love my usual lady too much to never go back here again. I have really sensitive skin and waxing always makes me red for hours after I go, plus I break out every time. I finally decided to try eyebrow threading and this salon is right in my town. I really had no idea what to expect. Very clean salon, seems like threading is a big part of their business because everyone that was in there was waiting for that, and none of the other things they offer. When it was my turn, I let the threader know that this was my first time ( I meant threading, she may have thought doing my eyebrows in general, they were that bad!) It was quicker than I thought it was going to be, some instant bearable pain that went away quickly. After it was finished, the threader asked if I wanted some lotion massaged into my brows and gave me a tissue, which I didn't know what it was for. I later found out the tissue was to clean up the ripped out hair because it was all over my face, something that they don't clean up. It wasn't a lot, and I just went home and washed my face and I was good. The skin around my brows are a little red, but not the clown red they are after waxing, so I say its a win. $10.00 for women's brows, $11 for men. read more

The worst experience. The woman was rough and rude. As she was threading my eyebrows stops and stuck her nails in my face and proceeded to squeeze a blackhead And said you have blackheads all over your face you need a facial. I had always got my eyebrows waxed in the past and I never could find a place to make them look good. I was going to European Wax Center and their prices are very high for just a wax. When I tried Femina it was the first time I had tried threading! It definitely hurts more than waxing but my eyebrows look amazing. It's only $10 so the price is reasonable.
