I've been there 3 times. The first two were with Vi the owner. She is amazing! I always get the dip for nails. She makes your experience very positive. Unfortunately last week she was on vacation. I called made an appointment with her. I found out she wasn't there when I showed up. They took me 40 min late. My nails look horrible. They were rushed. She skipped steps and was going to send me off without cutting my cuticles. She seemed irritated when I asked. Don't go unless you have Vi and she is there. read more

I went a total of 3 times before giving up, so I feel like I gave them a decent chance at gaining a customer. My 1st acrylic set was great until 5 days later when I had nails breaking off. They did fix at no cost and because of that I went back for my 1st fill. That was ok, but I got matte nails and by the 4th day, they looked glossy...but at least they didn't break this time. So I went back for another fill... I didn't realize until after that I was charged for a full set again, instead of a fill, then 5 days in, 3 nails broke off. All they did was talk to each other or sit in silence all 3 times I was there. No conversation was made which made it very awkward. read more

Unfortunately after being long time customers at Elegance Nails my mother and I will no longer be spending our money there. For the last second months the quality of services has vastly decreased to the point of a pedicure basically being a quick wash. However the biggest issue is how they treat their staff who are not family. While I won't go into detail I will say it is atrocious how Linh and her husband treat staff. On top of that we found Linh and her husband to be untrustworthy and a bit unethical. They have denied being the owners to multiple clients in order to avoid dealing with negative criticism. Overall it is quite disappointing to see them go so downhill. read more

Went in recently for a basic manicure. The tech didn't get the polish on the whole nail the sides were missed. When I got home the polish looked splotchy and had streaks al over. One day later it's peeling. For the price I could have done this myself for free and it would have looked better. Also their tools didn't come out of an autoclave which just a toolbox which is unsanitary. Something so simple should not be this disappointing- 1st and last time there. read more

Ok. I'm a dad of girls, many of them, they all love their nails. My 16yr old daughter has her own job, works babysitting and getter her nails done. This place ripped off my 16yr old daughter!!! Her nails came off after being done in 3yrs. She went back to have fixed only to have same issues. I always get an appointment with my selected nail tech Jackie - who's amazing and sweet. I have went to one place for years...then they forget how to treat a loyal customer. I was extremely dissapointed. They are a always accommodating, kind and fast. They always make sure you are comfortable and you're happy with your nails. They give amazing pedicures and they do such a good job at fixing ingrown toenails and "pizza crust- hobbit" foot heels. I'm so glad I found this nail salon. read more

My daughter went to this Nail salon this morning. She called asked how much a full set was. They told her $30 this is also their price online. The nail tech gave her a book and told her to pick out a color. He asked what she wanted done and she said just a full set normal polish. She was told they have gel and dip for polish. She asked how much a design would be and he told her. She said no but he said no no no I do it. She said no and then he said don't worry and did the design anyway. She left there having to pay $60 for her full set of nails which was supposed to only be $30. Even if she wanted the design which she didn't would have been an extra $5. She came home almost in tears because she is a teen she was taken advantage of. She works hard for her money. I called and asked to speak to the owner. I was told the owner wasn't there and that they work in their Ma salon. I asked for that number and was told by Lynn that I could not have the name or phone number of that salon. I said I would find it out and hung up. Lynn then called my daughter daughter's phone and I spoke to her. She said if she didn't like her nails to go back and she would fix them. I said it wasn't the nails but it was the price. She told me that the price online was OLD and the full set is $45. I said to her that we called and asked for the price and was told $30. My sister also goes there, this is how we found out about this place. She is charged $30 for a full set as well. I asked for a refund of what was over charged. I got a I can't do that. I will have the owner call you back tomorrow. This is unreal that people think they can over charge young adults like this. These young adults work hard for their money too. This is not the only place that does this and it's a shame. We will never be back and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and I will tell them why. read more

I was just looking at some posts. Don't listen to reviews of people that try and get everything for nothing. Elegance is a great nail salon, full of qualified people. Their salon is clean, they sterilize all their equipment. They are very kind and try to accommodate everyone. Their time is valuable so if there is an upcharge for a design or for a nail treatment that takes a long time it should be expected. I don't know anyone who works for nothing. **Update**- I went back today for a redo. Much better now it looks like I had them done by a professional. Pedicure took only 30 minutes! No heel scrub..still ashy and rough.. lt looks like I did them myself and I couldn't see while I was doing it! read more

I love coming to Elegant Nails & Spa! I relocated from MA & I was looking for a new place to do my nail here in Hudson, NH. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and toes. I went to a couple places, but I didn't like the way my nails looked. I was nervous about trying a new place again; I thought I was gonna go back to the old nails place in MA. Beware!!! I had them remove the gel they had applied when the gel polish started to chip after a couple of weeks. The girl used an electric sander to remove it and ruined my nails and has caused me pain so far for three weeks. She sanded them so thin that they started bending and breaking to the quick that evening and as the nails grow they continue to break because the whole nail bed has been filed super thin. As if that wasn't enough, I didn't ask the price of the French gel manicure and it was $15 to 20 more than other nail spas have charged me but that was my fault for not asking, but I'm warning you to ask. But I did ask the price of removal for when I came back when it started to chip and she clearly said $5 but charged me ten when I came in for the service and seemed to infer there was a language barrier and I didn't hear it correctly. So there's another warning to get it in writing. There's a big difference to say the word five or the word ten. Needless to say, I will never, ever go back there and I intend to warn as many people as I can. read more

Terrible service. I went about a month ago to get dip and they cut my actual nail shorter than i asked. the dip was extremely thick, bumpy, and the color went over the side of my nails and just took absolutely terrible. went back again yesterday to see if it was just an off day but i was sadly mistaken. I spent almost 2 hours there. I made an appointment both times and had to wait over 15-20 minutes each time i've been there. I was getting dip done again. The first person i had didn't know what he was doing at all. He was extremely rough and was bending my nail backwards. He messed up on the shape just like the last person and then told me he had an appointment to go to during the middle of my service and then started working on someone else while i was just sitting there. I told and showed him which color i wanted and then picked the wrong color. Then i got charged more than last time because they had to take all the dip off even though i had to sit there and wait to have my nails FIXED. the first time i went to this salon i got black and previously had black so they only took off some of my dip off and just added more dip to the previous dip i had. This place is extremely unprofessional as well. The workers constantly have their phones going off and then just getting up in the middle of your service to take a personal call. Also the lady that fixed the first guys mistake kept telling me i look tired and need to go home and take a nap. I was not tired i was irritated that i had to sit there waiting. extremely unprofessional if you ask me. read more

I am disappointed with the service at Elegance Nails. The salon changed the way they processed my gel nails and they are all snapping and breaking off like they have never done before. When I went in to get a fix, the manager was nice about it and DID NOT charge me for the repair (as I had just paid $50 for the fill the week before).... the next day another break. I went in for the repair ---the manicurist started yelling at me that I needed to pay bc I hadn't the day before (bc the manager told me not to). It's a poor experience and I've been to so many salons over the years. I WILL NOT GO BACK. Terrible. read more

I was there June 26th with my 2 daughters. My oldest daughter was getting married that Sunday and of course mom wanted to do something nice and get both girls nails done. Well here it is July 7th and my oldest nails are popping off and the polish on my youngest has completely came off!!! I am not a fan of the gel polish and the woman there INSISTED we do the gel. She made a big deal and I finally agreed so she would stop embarrassing me in front of other people. So now I have paid over $130 for our nails to look terrible a week later.
