I was excited to try this place for threading but was horrified with the experience. I Was barely acknowledged when entering, just shooed to the chair. She proceeded to chat with another customer sitting next to me Swearing, using vulgar language. ...very unprofessional and disrespectful didnt say a word to me. I will never return here. I moved to Nashua from New York, been to this place 4 times now, customer service is NILL. I was amazed that the owner herself is blabbering with her employees while working on threading. Seriously..... I think they save customer service for their favorite customer who come to them for wax, facial from whom they can make better bucks not for ppl who just want eyebrows done. Most of the time girls are talking to each other. I mean common can't you just concentrate for few mins so that you do a better job. I'll pay more money for a better service. There you loose a customer and a word of mouth that could have got you more customer. Not going back. read more

Ok so yes I agree customer service is definitely lacking. With that being said, they are the only place I will trust for my brows. I have naturally very thick arched eyebrows so they mostly just need cleaning up. They respect that I do not want pencil thin brows like most places who wax do. Everyone in there does a great job and I always make sure to bring cash so it's $10. If you are someone who is looking for a miracle eyebrow transformation, I don't think this is the place for you. But if you're starting out with something they can work with, you'll be happy with the results. Have gone in for haircut and manicure and wasn't happy with the results. Both were just average, the lady who did it doesn't work there anymore so may be worth trying again. I live an hour away and still drive here for my brows. I gave it four stars because they are not friendly or warm at all, they don't start convos with you, they talk amongst themselves only and the salon itself is in poor to average condition. Rashda and her team are awesome. I never wait more then 5 minutes for eyebrows with great results. I have tried other places only to return to Rashdas so they can fix my eyebrows. Let me introduce myself. I am a person who never frowns at any stranger. Let alone fight. I went to rashdas just before going to London on my dream vacation. I went there for eyebrows, upper lip wax and a facial bleach. I was told first bleach has to be done. I said ok. I thought they have some options for bleach and I will be offered those options. That never happened. I overheard the owner saying ask whether she needs mild or what. This also never happened. A girl came in mixing some creme and started applying. Meanwhile I was asking her don't you have any other kind of bleach offered here. Then she said this is the only one we have. Then I was like ok. Let's get it done if they have only this. In the middle of application she left the room and called the owner I didn't even realize why she left. Probably because I was asking questions ??? Then the owner came and started working with the rest of the creme and suddenly asked me whether I have acne. I never get acne. This was a shock to me. Then she started taking my bleach off of my face. I was like ok, she knows best. Then I looked at my face in the phone's camera and my face was so red on my cheeks. The owner was like it will go off and put some creme on my face saying it's a cold pack. Then after 3 or 4 min came back took that off and starting doing facial which I didn't ask for. I understood she was controlling damage. I was like ok. Jaane do. Everybody makes mistakes. Now my bleach wasn't on my face for more than a minute and the creme that she put was on me for 3 minutes. I came out I told the girl who was ready to do my eyebrows and upper lip that I cannot take threading on my upper lip. She was like your face is so greasy. Waxing won't work. Then I was like ok. That's fine. She trimmed my eyebrows so recklessly. I said please do it slowly. I didn't want to ruin my eyebrows now. She did my right eyebrow then started doing my upper lip. My tears started rolling down. I absolutely cannot take threading on my upper lip. But thought let's finish it. She then did my left upper lip then my left eyebrow. Please note the order. I thought it's weird but as long as she doesn't forget completely it I thought it ok. Then went to pay at the counter and she said 40$. I said I am not paying one cent for the bleach. She started yelling on top of her lungs. First I thought she didn't have lunch. Then she said I am calling the cops. And she said you guys come here and get the things done. Obviously we go to beauty parkour to get things done. Then I don't know what she yelled. But she was yelling and yelling and screaming on top of her lungs. I was watching couple of movies and all the street rowdies they yell in the same way to extort money from people. That was my exact thought. Then I said, actually giving her a compliment, you are wearing a nice dress that doesn't mean you can yell at people like this. Then comes body shaming. She called me the f word - fat. Then the owner came in and wanted to inquire what was happening. Then somebody reiterated that I said they did a lousy job. Being as polite as I am I can never use that word. Then I said you could have convinced me to pay rather than yelling at me. I would have whined then paid and left but wouldn't spend my time typing this piece. If the owner as any conscience left she should fire that girl for being so rude to a customer. You are in a business where you deal with people. This caused me a bad hour on the day when I was leaving for a dream vacation. You owe me an apology Rashdas. read more

I went to Rashda's for eyebrow threading off of a recommendation of a friend and I feel that I was treated differently from the other customers at the salon. First of all, they charged me a higher price than what was advertised on the website, but when the Indian customers were checking out, they were told to pay the lower listed price. I am half Indian but I don't look like it, so I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I also noticed that with the regular customers, the ladies working took at least 5 minutes to thoroughly thread their brows and they looked great. The lady that worked on me only spent about one minute and the job was not done thoroughly; I still had long, dark hairs under and around my eyebrows, and she didn't even thread most of my unibrow. Very disappointed in the customer service and the eyebrow service. read more

On Tuesday 3/28, I visited this salon at 7:05PM and was declined service due to having entered the salon 5 minutes past their "close" time which is interesting because their website states they close at 8PM (Checked today and it still says the same regardless of the email I sent to inforashdas@gmail.com). It is unfortunate that this happened and I believe this reflects poorly on the business especially because they declined 5 eyebrow threading minute service to a long time client. I, along with my family, will be finding a new place to get our eyebrows done. The customer service at this salon is also below par, half of the time you come in you are not greeted. The ladies that work there also speak to each other in another language which is simply rude. read more

You should NOT go to this place. The staff is disrespectful and do not fully focus on your eyebrows. I came here and the lady who was doing my eyebrows started talking on her cellphone while simultaneously threading my brows. I don't care how good you are, you should never do that. Also, price is ridiculous for eyebrows. They do not tell you this until you're paying, but if you want to use a card, you have to have a total of $15. Eyebrows are about 10 or 11, so I had to buy a nail polish for $7, which I was not happy about. read more

The worst customer service ever. All she need is more money and that too in cash. They messed up my hair cut not once but twice. She constantly take phone calls without even bothering in the middle of haircut. The lady who owns this place is all about getting more money rather than concentrating on the service.
