I wish I can give her below one star. First of all, I got my legs wax from her couple of times. I went to her as she was charging $30 dollars(few weeks ago, now she is charging $40) for full legs and I wanted to try her out. Instead of doing full legs, she stopped at half and I was like I asked for full. Her explanation was" O you are not going to wear shorts, its winter now", its like really. And then her second explanation was $30 is for half legs, I was like well you are very misleading as your website says prices otherwise and I will tell Nancy (whose Salon she works in) about all this. And she quickly did my full legs. And the way she did my waxing strip my skin off in my third visit with her and left me a permanent scar to which she had no professionalism to give me any answer but saying "O you can try some other place". When I showed it to Nancy, then Sunitha offered me some Aloe vera and other thing. This literally showed me her compassion that day. And I never went back to give her another chance. Not to mention that her tiny room where she performs her services is so filthy and dirty, which I have very subtly complaint about in the past. She never cared to even make this room little hygine.You will see small small hair everywhere not only on the floor but also on the hard bed and chair. With dirty sheets that she is recycling one customer after the other. I dont know if she has ever been checked by Health officer. You have to see it to believe it. read more
