The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. The place is really clean. I really think they should consider adding a public restroom as doing laundry can be time consuming.
