The place was decorated for the holidays so made everything looked very festive. I didn't have to wait too long to get my feel soaking in a hot bowl of water and relax. They didn't even cut the nail, (almost posted a pic, but I started to feel some type of way, so I took it down) just a lot of fluff. They have a young staff, not sure how much experience they have in this industry. But I urge them to go back to the lab and rethink their approach. They were not personable and felt like trainees to be perfectly honest. My feeling in the end was that they are not about substance. They are clearly selling you on the glamour of the place and handing out drinks in a fancy glass to make you feel special. When all I was in a good Pedicure. Wifey thought her Pedi was halfway decent.. Halfway decent at a premium doesn't sound right either.

The place itself is nice and clean but unless they get better techs they won't stay around much longer. My husband and I get pedicures religiously every other week and I will never step my foot in the place again.
