Ive been going to this place for a while but I had a disappointing experience today. While the nail work itself was fine, the interaction made me uncomfortable. I was met with frustration when I requested a change in shape and I felt spoken to in a rude tone. When I told her what I wanted Her reply was every time you come in you want something different As a paying client, I expect to be able to make adjustments and feel respected during the service. I understand that changes can be inconvenient, but communication and professionalism matter. I hope future clients are treated with more patience and understanding. I needed a polish change -- overdue for a new fall color and my regular manicure gal had an emergency and had to cancel my usual appointment. I was food shopping near by and decided to check out this shop. I stopped in and asked the price and said I'd be back. After finishing my shopping, stowing everything in the car, back I came and they were ready for me. They have a ton of colors from which to choose but I'm picky -- so I had to go to their back room display to find what I was looking for... I didn't get the name of the older gal who did my nails, but she did a good job removing my polish and even doing a bit of filing and buffing before putting on the base and color. I was pleased with the results and would certainly come back here again for a future polish change..if I should even need it. read more

I stopped by pedicure mid Saturday, most of seats are taken, waited about 10 mins. A man was assigned me and started to treat me well, massage chair was awesome. I chose light color but he didn't put second coats! I think other places they had put three coats without asking. It looked fine but some bubbles in the edges. Eyebrows only: Super busy on Friday's. But I normally only stop in when taking a 1/2 day on Fridays and headed north. I completely forgot on my last visit but was reminded once I entered the doors and noticed the very packed store. I told one of the clerks what I wanted and waited. After 5 minutes I did a turn to leave. Less than a minute later one of the associates called back to me that could fit me in immediately for my eyebrows. Walked to the back and shared a room with a nice guy that seemed to be getting an all over wax. The tech went to work and did a great job. With very little communication. Efficient service and great customer service but the place has just gotten to busy for me. It's always a packed house based on my allowable schedule. And there seems to always be someone having some discrepancy. It's clean, moderate in price, good skilled workers. It's just no longer a peaceful place for me to visit. read more

I stopped going to my old places because i used to get really good service from those places or so I thought, but in no time their effort waned until every time I left I was unhappy. They didn't do the sides of my nail or bring it anywhere near the cuticle, always left me leaving the place with uneven sometimes even chunky nail polish and always wet because they move you along quickly so usually they're damaged by the time I get in the car. When I finally got nails filed till flat on the top and totally slanted badly in tips I just gave up . I used to consider that OK service and to be expected Today a friend invited me to go and I almost backed out thinking it's another waste of money but I have to say I am amazed right from the start with the greeting from the manager who I noticed somebody else has a problem with but was very nice to me and my friend who is a regular there. My manicurist Nicole did my nails like it was the only nails she was going to be doing all day she took a lot of time to the point I thought it was so odd lol and she was totally pleasant never rushing me through anything, drying me thoroughly between coats and finally putting the finishing touch on it if anything didn't pass your inspection or hers. No sales pressure to upgrade and buy more services just a pleasant invitation to return and a fantastic nail job. I picked my friends design and nail polish and just saw hers and I haven't seen nails like that except on the Internet I hope she post hers as well I know anybody can have a bad day and maybe somebody else did but for me if it was like this every time I can't imagine anybody would want to go any place else and if it's busy they deserve to be Many weeks and lots of great manicures it's always the same story when somebody cares about what they do!!! I went there today to get a pedicure and have been going there since Rose owned it and also B. I was definitely due for my service and granted I had just left the dog park so my feet were ready for a soak... What I don't appreciative is Sam who did a good job proceeds to on the way to checking me out say something in there language were at least four or five nail technicians stopped to look down at my feet and starting laughing hysterically . I then asked what was so funny and one lady responded, oh he was asking how much is a pedicure. Really ?? don't insult my intelligence and have more respect for your customers who have many salons to choose from. I had already taken my acrylic business elsewhere after being reprimanded for smudging one nail first time ever. The nail tech was obviously annoyed more than I was... This place has completely gone down hill. It is now run by a very rude man who makes many of the customers feel insulted and uncomfortable. Most of the time he lays around the salon like it is his personal castle and makes sarcastic remarks. I switched from booking my appointments with him right away to another tech who was polite and friendly named Linda. When I was there the last time, a lady was there voicing to him her disappointment that he did not let her know ahead of time that she was not going to get her same nail tech as requested (which was him) but that she was being put with another tech who was inexperienced and was taking a long time and who had told her that the salon did not have the color she requested which she found to be untrue. So, then the rude manager insincerely apologized to her and took her from the new nail tech and preceded to do her nails, all the while repeatedly telling her he was "sick all day" and "tired" and that was why he had rebooked her with the new nail tech. I don't know why she did not stand up and walk out instead of just continuing to sit there listening to his sob story of being sick and risking getting sick herself. It was awful. For those that may remember, this place had its glory days when Rose ran this nail salon but I would not be surprised if the doors close soon due to poor customer service and lack of courtesy, integrity and professionalism. They do not even bother to keep supplies in stock that a typical nail salon has readily available. read more

This place is wonderful! I've never had such wonderful service and such clean nails. I got a gel mani and pedi and loved Luna! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone that wants their nails done. Will 100% come again. They have excellent service during COVID, wearing masks and enforcing masks in the salón, they sanitize between customers and are very very clean. read more

I had to take Beloved here to have her nails done which "nail job" I observed along with the nail work they were doing on others. It's a rather big place for a nail shop; no little hole in the wall operation. It has the best of equipment and, form my observations and first hand experience, a really polite totally professional staff. What was great was that they made me, being the rooster in the hen house; so to speak, feel comfortable while waited. But better yet, Beloved's nails looked super great when they finished and as you might guess it makes my day a lot better when she's happy. read more

The staff is less than friendly which could be fine if they did a great job. This was not the case! A mediocre manicure at best, and perhaps the worst pedicure I have had. At the end I asked the tech to buff shine my nails since I got no polish. Initially she said "we no have," but when I challenged her as to how a nail salon did not have a nail buffer, a co-worker said we can do that. Needless to say the tech put no effort into it! For the price they charge I would have expected much better service. I would not return. read more

Absolutely AWFUL! I walked in for what I thought was a simple service: acrylic fill-in and a polish change on my toes; after dining at the Chinese buffet. I was greeted at the door, and told to pick out my color. Once directed to a tech and area, the tech proceeded to tell me the price. I said, "no problem." Problem one: acrylic layered lumpy Problem two: nails not smooth ANYWHERE! Tops, sides, etc. Problem three: asked would I like to pay now, I said, I can pay after. Tech begins polishing 2 nails then stops to say, you better pay now. I again state, I can pay after. She insisted I would mess up my nails and need to pay now. She begins speaking in her language of origin and the "manager" comes over. He suggests she takes off the polish and I then pay. I inform him, if she takes of the polish, I'm leaving! He then tells her to finish polishing, and I can pay after. Bottom line, they judged me and did a crappy job on top of that. My first and last time coming here. They nod their heads and pretend they understand what you want and do whatever it is they want. They do the bare minimum if you're lucky. I complain because I did not like the way they shave my nails, and when I said let me fix i, he handed me the nail file instead of doing something to make it right.
