When they do my manicures, my nails and just right, not thick like a lot of places. That's why I go back, because of consistency. I usually call before I go to make sure I don't have to wait. They always do an excellent job. The guy who does my pedicure is very patient with me when it comes to being overly ticklish. He never scrubs too hard and he always asks if something is too hot and makes an adjustment. I always call last minute for an appointment. I just had my second visit there four weeks after my first. I made appointment for June 12 at opening for gel mani/pedi and it went SO well with John who is eldest son of owners and not one chip or snag in 4 weeks and I'm hard on my hands and feet (gardening, running, swimming and walking dog 2-5 miles daily, etc. On my way to book club today, I called to see if I could make appointment with him for today and I was again SO pleased with the outcome. It's very reasonable, appointments needed for service which is wonderful so the schedule works so well for clients and workers so there's no waiting or rushing. I'll be going every 4 weeks. I haven't been satisfied with quality down here after 30+ years in NY but it's a solid choice without bells and whistles. Walked in to remove acrylic nails put on by another salon. Specialist was gentle and talked me through it as my fingertips are super sensitive. Corrected my issues and helped my nails with simple gel tips. They aren't as sore anymore. Grateful he didn't use the Dremel filing tool on them as that gets so hot and hurts. Plus they drilled the corner of one of my nails & it started bleeding & turned into an infection. I had to take everything off. I've been trying to get a refund from them, but that's not happening so I filed a dispute with my credit card. Still waiting to get my money back. I'll never go back. Plus it was $92 for dip powder black & regular black gel pedicure. Very pricey. My manager goes to impressions nails & lashes in Ft laud & her nails look amazing. I walked in on a Saturday morning; I did not read the sign "No Walk-ins." and asked if i could have a mani/pedi, the nice gentleman told me "5 minutes" as they had four technicians helping four clients.
