I use to love going here because it was the first place I found when I moved here that would not rip me off. I had to find a new place because they kept hiring new people and passing me on to them and they were inexperienced. This caused me to not like my nails most of the time and gave up on going back there. They need better quality people. read more

This place was nice. It's clean and it does not smell like chemicals!! The nail tech did her job fairly good. Not much of a massage during the pedicure but it was ok. Manicure was good because I enjoyed the massage lol. My polish was a little messy had to go back and ask her to clean it up a little. Having the gel polish on the side of my nails could make the gel peel faster than it should. Typically the nail techs clean that while they are painting. She did not but fixed it after I brought it to her attention. read more

I've gotten my nails and eyebrows done by Ingrid. She's totally amazing and likes to make sure her clients are happy. I have small nail beds so it's hard to find someone who can do my nails and not hurt me. I also have very little hair at the ends of my eyebrows but she manages to wax them perfectly where I actually look like I have eyebrows! I went there and this older lady cut me, didn't even apologize and was being rude that I was upset. When I got upset they said I was overreacting. An apology and some genuine concern that my foot was bleeding would have been appreciated. I will NEVER give Hollywood Nails my hard earned money again. So rude and dismissive. read more

I LOVE this salon. The only place that I will go to for a mani and pedi. Kevin does a phenomenal job. I've had him do "dip", "acrylic nails" and pedicures. He really cares about his clients and is very meticulous. Super friendly too! I had him fix a botched acrylic nail job that I received at another salon and he made them look perfect and brand new! Highly upset with this place! Went in to do my eyebrows and they mess them up! The lady who usually does my brows was busy with a customer so another lady took me instead. At first she pointed out the one of my eyebrows is a bit smaller than the other and I told her that I have a scar on one and it's has never been an issue when I have came here before. She said ok and proceeded to do my eye brows at the end when she was done she show me. They were still too thick and I told her to take off more. She finished and one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other. I asked the other lady who does my eyebrows if she could fix it she told me she had an appointment with someone and to come back in 30 mins. I was extremely upset if fixing my eyebrows wouldn't have took more than 5 mins. I left and had to get them fixed somewhere else!! Avoid getting eyebrows done here!!! read more

I've known "Aimee" (Chao) since 1997 and she has been doing my nails since then. Aimee is fantastic. She is very skillful and truly knows her trade. The facility was very relaxing. It's nice not to listen to all the chitter in a regular salon. My moments of peaceful relaxation. Definately will be back and recommend the spa. She is good at facials, nails, eyebrows and pedicures! On second thought, pass this place up. I went in to get my 2nd gel manicure at this salon. There's only 2 ladies that work at this place (I think) and this time I think the lady that did it was the owner (the asian lady). She must think I'm stupid or something because she tried to charge me for taking off the old gel before applying the new stuff in addiion to the manicure before hand. This wasn't my first rodeo. I'm well aware that this process is a package deal. Her lame exuse for a manicure stunk anyway. I won't be back. It's a shame since it is so conveniently located to my office. read more

I went here for years Amy is very unprofessional and should not be in business ,she thinks walk-ins are more important than her customers that have standing appointments, and thinks its ok to take walk-ins in the middle of your appointment. She does a great job, but shows no respect to her regular customers. She should be working for someone else.! read more

Long story short: This "salon" is right next to my office, so I was able to walk. Today was my third time going and since the first two regular manicures were done poorly, I decided to get a gel manicure by the owner. First of all, the "manicure" part was omitted. She just filed my nails and started the gel. I picked a color and she put a completely different color on 2 of my nails --so I stopped her and asked her for the color sheet. I then picked a different color (because she was out of the original color I picked) but the polish bled all in my cuticle, and she told me to pick a new color. I did, and a lady walked in and asked nicely, if she had time to do her nails or if she should come back? She said, just wait, I have an appointment at 1215 but it won't take long. She then turned to me and said, "pick one, hurry, you have to hurry, you're taking too much time." I said no, it's okay. I'm leaving, how much do I owe you- since you are rushing me. She started yelling at this point and said $15 (Mind you, there's still polish in my cuticle and the leftover from the other colors she mistakenly put on). Anyway, bad, bad experience. How difficult is a regular mani? I don't feel sorry for her anymore, and I will not be back. The place isn't clean either. read more
