I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid $79 for a Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure, but an Essie product was used as the topcoat, which was not what I expected when paying specifically for the Dazzle Dry system. My cuticles were cut so aggressively that I bled, and the fumes in the salon were so strong that I left with a sore throat. On top of that, my manicure started chipping the very same day. The attached photos were taken the next day. The one positive was the massage, which was excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience was not. For $79, I expected the correct products, gentler and safer cuticle care, and a manicure that lasted longer.

Always nice to be greeted by Gianna at the front desk and Rose, the owner. The technicians are always awesome. Today, Cici did my toes and Vicky did a powder dip on my fingernails. Cici was very patient when I didn't like the first color, nor the second. And, Vicky gave me good advice on my future powder dips. Both techs were a pleasure. Very Good! Cici was very patient always smiling and knew exactly where n what to do as far as my feet issues without me saying a word. I bought my own nail polish n she was again very good at applying so I did a pedicure and manicure. Seems Rose changed the massage chairs they felt great as before. I frequently go to this nail salon. Joe gave me a great pedicure and the leg massages are a nice treat. The owner Rose is the secret to the salon's charm and why I keep going back. She genuinely appreciates your business and goes out of her way to show it. This salon is pretty busy but they allow walk ins and never a long wait because they are very well staffed. read more

I came in to get two pedicures and a full set. Everything was amazing the only thing that I thought could have went better was my French tip for my toes isn't even. The lines are kinda wonky they usually use a brush dipped in alcohol to even them out but that wasn't done this time. All techs were amazing and I always will come back they are quick. read more

Overall extremely mediocre experience. Nail tech Lucas was unable to polish toe nails using gel polish with glitter in it... very basic. Disappointed in the quality of the pedicure as well. No removal of dead skin after asking several times. I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

My recent pedicure experience at this salon was disappointing. Despite showing a picture of the French color I wanted with a white base, the technician used a clear base instead without informing me. When I raised the issue, she got defensive, claiming they didn't have the white base. I asked her why she didn't say that earlier, so I could have chosen a different color. In the end, I let them choose a color just to finish quickly. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism left me dissatisfied. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future pedicures. It's so disappointing to go and pay for something and then have to agree to what they want instead of what you want. read more

I tried the dip powder manicure for a long time at different salons with different techniques and it would never hold up. If luck I got 9 may be 10 days out of it. It's just too expensive and time consuming. Finally Vinny did the magic and after 3 weeks my nails still looked very decent. I'm really happy about it ! I highly recommend his service. She looked at my nails, immediately started typing on her phone, and then came back and told me that my refill would be $110 and my pedicure would be $50. While I thought the prices seemed unusually high, I agreed to the services. What surprised me even more was being told that I had to pay the full $167 upfront before any services were performed. In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never been required to prepay for a refill and pedicure. I also did not notice any other customers being asked to pay upfront, which made me feel singled out. What made the pricing even more confusing is that I regularly get nail designs, artwork, and other add-on services, and I have never paid anywhere near $167 for a refill and pedicure--even with those extras included. This visit was simply a refill and pedicure, yet it ended up being the most I have ever been charged. To be clear, the nail technician who worked on me was very kind, professional, and did a good job. I have no complaints about her whatsoever. In fact, I felt bad that I wasn't able to leave the tip I normally would have. I am a generous tipper and always make a point to show appreciation for good service, but after paying such an unexpectedly high amount upfront, I simply didn't feel comfortable spending even more. My issue is with the way I was treated as a customer. The unusually high pricing, combined with the requirement to pay upfront when others seemingly were not asked to do the same, left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and as though I was being treated differently.
