I've been twice to NV in a 3 week time frame and both times were great! Clean interior, bright and well decorated. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they do a fantastic job! A girl and her mom had come in and need a couple nails fixed in a pinch and without hesitation they got them repaired! I've made the mistake of going to a few salons in Spearfish , because they are closer to where we stay during the summer. I will forever make the drive to Rapid to come here to NV because they are just that good! Make sure to call for an appointment! They do take walk ins but they are always busy especially on weekends!

She said it hurt worse that an Electromylogram where they stick needles into your muscles and run a current to test nerve function.
