This normally would not have made her uncomfortable because she assumed it was because of closing time. However they allowed other people to pay after the service even if they came in after her. This place did an amazing job shaping my brows. I always walked out really happy with the shape they achieved. I liked some girls more than others. The price was great! However, after doing it for a while I noticed my eyebrows were growing back very unruly. I was told that when they thread they actually change the direction of your hair growth because of all the pulling. UH! Not what I was expecting. So, it has taken about a full year, but my eyebrows are back to growing in normally. I only do waxing now. read more

The ladies are super sweet, talented, and they will talk to you before they start threading to make sure that they are giving you the look that you want. The front desk girls have always been friendly and communicative with me - I give them mad props for dealing with the masses! Wow I'm so happy I came here. I've had mostly bad experiences at the threading salons and have up trying to get nice eyebrows. I went with the yelp reviews and made an appointment with Alina. She asked how I wanted my brows and listened as I described the way I like my eyebrows. At first I didnt like my eyebrows because the arch was a little bit higher than where I wanted it to be but my eyebrows are looking better after few days of getting them threaded. She definitely knows what type of eyebrows look the best on an individual. So glad I went to Alina and will keep going to her! I went here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded. I don't remember her name and frankly I don't care to. The girl hadn't done mine before so I told her just to clean them up and keep the thickness. I told her this a couple times. Well, she had her own agenda and didn't listen. My eyebrows look absolutely horrible and I was so shocked when I looked in the mirror. She took off a lot. They are so thin now compared to what they were before and are uneven. Then she had the balls to justify her actions and actually tried to tell me how they look good for my face, etc.. I am still very angry and upset. This is going to take awhile to grow back. My eyebrows have not looked this horrible and thin since I use to attempt to do them myself in high school. I was going here for months and it's slowly been getting worse. This was the worst yet my eyebrows are totally screwed up beyond repair. It's going to take at least a year to fix them I literally cried when I got home. I know it seems ridiculous but I specifically told them I only wanted the middle done because they had taken too much off in the past and I was trying to grow some of it back and I was not listened to and by the time she started doing the brows it was too late she said she had to keep going because she had already started. I don't know how I can fix this. No amount of filling them in can make this right it looks like one of my eyebrows is raised. I have been going to elegant shapes for my eyebrows ever since it opened up in Valencia. Shabana did my henna last month for one of my ceremonies. She took her time to make sure the design I wanted was perfect. She also took the time to fix my cousins eyebrow disaster that happened elsewhere. The henna came out so beautiful! I was informed Monday and Tuesdays between 4 to 7 is "Happy Hour" for eyebrow threading. I was there yesterday 4/26/18 6:30pm getting my usual. I was waiting in the back sitting on the couch waiting for my turn. A lady was sitting on the chair with a technician , customer started sneezing up a storm! At times not even covering her mouth!!! Then blows her nose touching the chair where we are all going to sit on after she's done. Continues sneezing all over again over the chair stands in front of technicians counter! Mind you there is hand sanitizer in each station & she does not once care to use the hand sanitizer!! She finally leaves. But the worst part of it all....the technician never sanitized her chair for the next customer!!!! DID NOTUse wipes to clean her station! I decided to try threading for my eyebrows & upper lip, because waxing is pretty hard on my skin. I made an appointment online, but the person I had selected wasn't working that day, and the receptionist called me not long after making the appointment to offer me a different person - which was fine, because I didn't know who anybody was anyways! Threading stung, my eyes watered a lot, but that happens with waxing, too. The stylist (I think her name started with an E?) asked me what I was looking for, and I told her I wanted to keep my general shape, just clean it up a bit. She did exactly that, and gave me a bit of advice to even them out in the middle. For the price and convenience, I am quite happy with this place. I discovered this place by just doing a Google search, and then decided after reading all the positive reviews here on Yelp. I was desperate for a brow place that was affordable and nearby. Unfortunately, I was beyond disappointed. The convenience was not worth what happened to my brows. I didn't get the name of the technician who was the only available one at the time I came in, but she was messy and butchered my brows. She had completely over plucked my brows that they ended up uneven. Plus, I had brow hairs all over my face. I was so glad I grabbed a tissue on my way out to I could clean my face in my car because the technician left all the hairs she plucked all over my face. I do not know if the technician's work is an indicator of this establishment as a whole, or if this was the work of the technician on her own, but I will definitely not be coming here again. read more

She transforms my bushy thick eyebrows to a shaped thick eyebrows (since I still like mine thick). She tells me what she's going to do first which I appreciate. My whole family goes to her for our eyebrow needs. She is very thorough and professional.
