Honestly I tried loving this business I really did! I got my mom her Mother's Day bracelets here…read morewasn't informed that they come in different sizes as much as she loves the bracelets she can't really wear them as they're small and cut off her circulation. My daughter looked upset and said every time nonna wears her Mother's Day bracelets she has to take them off because they leave a mark on her wrist (meaning too tight!). The sales person did not even tell me anything about sizing. I went and got a friend of mine a gift however she wasn't a fan of the bracelets and I tried returning them the next day the girl was very sweet and lovely she was extremely apologetic that the sales person the day before didn't inform me that they do not accept returns. She let me speak to the manager that basically told me get something else or a store credit. I picked bracelets for myself which I really liked! Had to pay for an extra one which was fine of course the girl was a doll!!! She told me their bracelets are a lifetime warranty and if there's any issues they will exchange no questions asked. I have these bracelets since June 1st and they started to loosen up a bit I stopped at the store today and the sales person asked if I have a warranty and if I didn't sign up for one it'll be $10 a bracelet to take the beads out, and they only do it 3 days out of the week. Again I was misinformed they're eager to make a sale and will do anything in their power to get you hooked to buy from them. The prices are pretty hefty as well, and some sales people are rude and nasty. If you have an issue or need something other than making a purchase you are wasting their precious time (the store is always empty). I do however love that they have a large selection of Bible inspired quotes to choose from, and a ton of stones to choose from and each stone has a powerful meaning. I'm sure Etsy bracelets will be cheaper if not the same but the seller will be so appreciative and happy you purchased from them. As much as it pains me to write a review about this specific location and it being a Christian faith based store their practices and business aspect defiantly isn't very Christian like. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure you will be appreciated as a client spending all that money!!
