Honestly I tried loving this business I really did! Had to pay for an extra one which was fine of course the girl was a doll!!! She told me their bracelets are a lifetime warranty and if there's any issues they will exchange no questions asked. I have these bracelets since June 1st and they started to loosen up a bit I stopped at the store today and the sales person asked if I have a warranty and if I didn't sign up for one it'll be $10 a bracelet to take the beads out, and they only do it 3 days out of the week. Again I was misinformed they're eager to make a sale and will do anything in their power to get you hooked to buy from them. The prices are pretty hefty as well, and some sales people are rude and nasty. If you have an issue or need something other than making a purchase you are wasting their precious time (the store is always empty). I do however love that they have a large selection of Bible inspired quotes to choose from, and a ton of stones to choose from and each stone has a powerful meaning. I'm sure Etsy bracelets will be cheaper if not the same but the seller will be so appreciative and happy you purchased from them. As much as it pains me to write a review about this specific location and it being a Christian faith based store their practices and business aspect defiantly isn't very Christian like. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure you will be appreciated as a client spending all that money!!

When I took it in, the salesman proceeded to tell me that a few of the diamonds were loose and the main prong was bad - he also said that the diamonds in my wedding band were mismatched and one was the wrong size. I told him-- you guys sold me this jewelry so that's on you! He then consulted with the jeweler who said $425 for the repair and I would have to leave it for a few days. I went to a local jeweler who replaced the diamond, fixed the prongs and tightened everything for $125 while I waited. They have lost my business and seriously feel they are a rip off!
