We would check the cameras daily numerous times and never once saw people spending time in the common areas with our dogs. On Christmas day the dogs had been left in cages for over 17hrs before someone came in to let them out. Unacceptable. I hate to leave this review but I think it's needed to let these owners know this is not what people expect when spending hundreds of dollars to have their pet looked after. Dogs need attention. Not to mention the lack of personality at the counter. They dont even say hello. It's like its run by a bunch of kids who no one knows what is going on.
